Change is as inevitable as is being, but knowing that doesn't stop us from being the funny beings that we are, always holding on to how things were, who we were, and in the process, failing to pay attention to who we are, and how we can grow. Sort of a song I'm working on about coming to terms with the present. The recording is when I was playing whatever little of the song that had taken some shape to my friends in my dorm (as rough, unprepared and untouched as it can get; even the song isn't complete/sure yet).

Words are fighting tension now, never letting me be

Thoughts dividing attention now, I can't hear much or see
