Wow. That gave me goosebumps. I do not know what they've been through, but this song sure is a message to tell about it. The spoken word really makes this feel like I'm watching a soliloquy on stage. Witnessing the further descent into insanity as the instrumental becomes more aggressive and the tone of their voice more erratic. The instrumental also feels very loud, very suffocating, which I think helps to shape the theme even better. Additionally, this reminds me a LOT of Vylet Pony's "Monarch of Monsters" LP, of which is a tale that consists of mental anguish and suicidal tendencies, while also focusing on a rock direction. This has an uncanny resemblance to that, on top of both of them being talented trans producers who exercise vocals in their music. Really brought me back to Vylet's stuff. All in all, a very REAL track. Deep, brooding, scary in the plainest sense of the word. Solid work y'all. (1/2)

A profoundly harrowing shoegaze and noise rock track, this is not a release for the faint of heart. Emotional turmoil is reflected in the explosive production and soul-crushing progressions, making for a song that will certainly strike an emotional chord.

“Originally, this was just the final song of the TWYLIGHT project's debut album, one of a few interpretations of trauma and dissociation in music form. Now, it's the closest and most accurate interpretation we've made yet. This is not an easy listen, and was just as hard to write. Created in the middle of May 2025, we were compelled to rewrite and make a new version of this specific song that’s all about trauma, dissociation, and the severe disconnection and conflict caused by it, in order to vent out built-up emotion. By the time we finished the track, the migraine headache was so severe. This is all that pain. This is a mental spiral made into song form.” said the band. “We hope this track brings those with similar experiences comfort, or a way to understand and learn. You are not alone.”
