Bélavie @ Fusion Festival 2025 (Extravaganza) [100% own tracks]

This is my recording from Fusion Festival 2025 Thursday evening 8pm at Sonnendeck. What a ride! Weather on German Festivals is usually quite unpredictable. When I arrived Thursday afternoon the sun quickly vanished and it rained cats and dogs. Shortly before my set time the sky cleared up and everything was set for this emotional ride. Thank you so much for your energy and love to June Dive aka Jacob Drescher who joined me again and played the guitar and his beautiful voice throughout the whole set. Big shoutout to Telekollegen for the beautiful lights and 3000Grad for the invite.  hugs <3

The set went a bit more emotional than my usual ones, but I felt that was just our vibe at the Sonnendeck stage. 💘🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️ And yeah, I ended up processing some emotions from the past months of my life in there, too. Music is therapy you know 😂😂❤️❤️

2nd Fusion mission successfully completed. 🚀

On Thursday we played what was hands down the most important set of our year: 8–10 PM on the Extravaganza stage at Fusion Festival, hosted by the amazing Moyn crew.

From the very first track, Nianova’s vocals soared over a sea of smiling faces, and the floor filled up until there was hardly space to breathe. Even when the skies opened up and poured down on all of us, you refused to stop dancing. That moment—when we dropped an Edit of Natascha Bedingfield’s Unwritten and everyone screamed "feel the rain on your skin" while actually feeling it—will stay with us forever.

Huge love to the Moyn team for trusting us with this slot and for all the warmth, to our Bizzarro Ultras for making every moment unforgettable, and to the whole Fusion universe for reminding us why we do this.

Honestly, just typing this brings tears to our eyes again. ❤️

"The original was an acid trance classic that’s spawned any number of remixes. But the focus on trance has always left me a bit ambivalent about it. The remix drops the tranciness and is the better for it. Here, The Age Of Love – The Age Of Love (Jam & Spoon Remix – Johan Agebjörn & Mikael Ögren Re-edit) goes for something much more strongly acidic in its approach, with more than a dash of driving synth work. It all changes half way through into something more euphoric and hand waving, as the focus switches to the vocal. Less a re-edit and more a complete rework."
