A solo pod lovely people on all things around my second ultra marathon this year. 

My plan at the start of 2018 was to run x 2 ultra marathons, 1 very hilly race in the summer and 1 coastal flat race in the winter. 

I settled into the Cortina trail in June (listen back to previous episode.)

My final race of the year is in Suffolk on October the 20th.  

33.1 miles - the longest I will attempt to run so far. 

The race - Endurancelife Suffolk Ultra Marathon. 

Main Outcome - To finish the race and run as best as I can on the day. 

I had some decent feedback on my solo pod about the Cortina race so I cracked 20 minutes or so speaking about this race.
