Hello!  Welcome to the Creative Organisation podcast.  My name is Vasintha Pather. I am a psychotherapist, organisational development practitioner, and lifelong lover of story.
My work is driven by a deep belief that organisations have the potential to be powerful units of change—dynamic, living systems capable of supporting not just financial outcomes, but also human flourishing. Think about it: where else do we find such diverse networks of people, resources, skills, ideas, technologies, and processes coming together to create something larger than the sum of their parts? Organisations, when healthy and connected, are the pulse of our communities, and they shape the world we live in.
And so, this podcast is my invitation to explore these ideas together. To look at the metaphor, story and the science of organisational life, as pathways to tapping into the vast potential within our teams and cultures.
