i wrote this song at a very bad point in my life when i felt vulnerable and unlovable. i was always down and every relationship i've been in turned out badly because of me and how unstable i was emotionally. letting people in is not exactly my forte. this song is about how i thought everyone that i've been with would be better off without me; hence ' let me lay in bed '.
