The Allegorist is a visionary, enigmatic, transmedia, and boundary-pushing artist known for crafting deep, immersive dark sonic tales. Embracing a wide array of influences, weaving together the mysteries, art and spirituality, the art project defies categorisation, resonating with those who seek the unconventional.

From Birth Until Death is an introspective and immersive concept album that reflects on the essence of the human experience. Crafted over six years by The Allegorist (aka Anna Jordan), the album traces the arc of life—from its fragile beginnings to its inevitable end—using sound art to explore existential and philosophical terrain. Inspired by the Andean mythology of the condor - a symbol of immortality - the album blends electronic soundscapes with raw field recordings, evoking a deep sense of connection between the natural world and human existence.

The album’s progression mirrors the stages of life, starting with the birth of new beginnings and culminating in death, with each track offering a unique reflection on the moments in between. From the dynamic energy of Momentum, to the ethereal, illusionary world of Fata Morgana, the tracks guide the listener through emotions, perceptions, and experiences that shape the human condition.

A distinctive feature of From Birth Until Death is its intricate production. The album incorporates field recordings from Grunewald Forest, a distant roar of a jet, barking dogs, blending the sounds of nature - footsteps in the snow, birdsong, ocean waves - with layered synthesisers and electronic beats. The bass and ambient textures are crafted using an array of analog hardware, while all vocals, both lead and backing, are performed and recorded by Jordan. Some of the vocal takes were intentionally left raw, capturing the spontaneous energy of early recordings, while others were re-recorded to balance the album’s organic yet polished feel. Each element is meticulously crafted, revealing its deeper meaning as the album unfolds like a multidimensional, living sculpture.

At its core, From Birth Until Death is a meditation on the full spectrum of life. The album’s title track, From Birth Until Death, encapsulates this journey, reflecting on the passage of time and the unique experience of being human. The final track, Death, offers a melancholic yet beautiful exploration of endings, not as finalities, but as moments in the grand cycle of life. With its combination of evocative sound design and deeply personal themes, From Birth Until Death invites listeners to contemplate their own lives, offering a moving experience of reflection, growth, and transformation.

Simone Giudice (born 1989) is a composer and electronic music artist who bridges the gap between academic sound experimentation and the vibrant energy of club culture. His techno and dance-oriented sensibility merges with a solid foundation in electroacoustic composition.
Simone's artistic journey is defined by a constant oscillation between intimate and contemplative soundscapes—ambient, drone, and experimental—and the creation of intricate rhythmic patterns characteristic of inspired ambient techno. As a sound designer, he translates his vision into works that range from pure timbral exploration to hypnotic rhythmic structures, crafting pieces that embody a delicate balance between emotion and technical precision. His productions reflect an ongoing exploration of the nature. Simone's works appeared on renowned label such as @affin , @semantica-records , and @deliriorecordings .

Born in Bucharest, Romania in a middle-class family, a bit before the country’s communist structure collapsed under the weight of history, chance led her to begin classical music lessons (violin) at the age of 7. Struggling in her 30's KITE left Romania for Switzerland (Basel) to study free improvisation and pursue opportunities that aligned with her interest in inter- and transdisciplinary works.

“Within my present creative work, electroacoustic sound intertwines with spoken word and visual elements to create embodied experiences that facilitate self-reflection, while experimenting with the potential of hybrid forms of expression and formats.
Narratives of identity - identification / self-fragmentation / alienation are themes questioned from social, technological, and deeply personal perspectives.
I believe in the potentiality of sound to act as a vehicle for both individual and social change, using its capacity to facilitate reflection, empathy and compassion through re-contextualizing internal and external phenomena, by crossing boundaries and transcending labels.
Above all, I am a Deep Listener.”

Mission: Electronic - A new planet Discovery

Noosa Sound System chronicles the latest Discovery. 'Sol Transmission' is a live soundscape performance, inspired by the recent finding of a new planet similar to ours. HD 20794 is a super-Earth in the habitable zone of its star, located 20 light-years away. Researchers at the University of Oxford confirmed its existence in January 2025, after initially identifying a candidate exoplanet signal in 2022.The planet is within the habitable zone of its star, meaning it is at the right distance to potentially sustain liquid water on its surface. HD 20794 has a mass six times that of Earth. the gravity would be pretty heavy there, but there's nothing heavy about this soundtrack. Strap in as we venture outwards into sound.

Caliza (@calizaminnelli) is a singer, songwriter and producer from Madrid who has been forging her own career from singularity and independence for almost a decade. With her debut “Medianoche/Mediodía” (2015) she anticipated the current trend of dark synthpop, while her second album “Mar de cristal” (2018), co-produced in an artistic residence at Matadero Madrid with the British DJ David Harrow, represented an opening of Caliza’s sound towards brighter territories. “El descenso” (2021) addresses the climate crisis and the will to survive in a collapsing world. Through captivating melodies and reflective, sometimes dystopian lyrics, Caliza captures the contrast between desperation and resistance. Caliza’s last release is “Despierta unos instantes de tu oscura noche” (2024), her own original soundtrack for the 1920 silent film The Cabinet of Doctor Caligari, which she is performing live alongside the movie. Caliza has shared the stage with some of her major influences, such as Crash Course in Science, Molly Nilsson or Cate Le Bon.

Launching the first episode are two distinguished guests whose styles embody Heka's vision: Sandra Mason and Marco Ragni. Together, they open this new chapter with sounds that drift, pulse, and unfold—inviting listeners into a shared space of curiosity, transformation, and deep listening.

Veneto-born, Rome-based Sandra Mason—aka Enrica Borsatto—is known for her finely tuned ear and adventurous selections. Now co-hosting Horny Music for Ambient People on Radio Raheem and running the hallucinatory YouTube portal Cocktail Naïf, she delves deep into obscure sonic terrain spanning ambient, wave, psychedelia, and the avant-garde. She also makes up one half of Fondazione, her ambient duo with writer Francesco Pacifico. A regular at Fanfulla, Magick Bar, and other key venues, and with her role at Ultrasuoni Records, she remains a vital presence in Rome’s thriving underground scene.

Marco Ragni arrives with decades of deep involvement in Italy’s underground. From Serendipity club to Dancity festival, from the hypnotic blends of Plants Army Revolver to his involvement in projects like Rumore Bianco, his sets dissolve borders between ambient, tribal, and techno, drawing from a rich past that includes founding the legendary Mondo Muzique shop and being one of the minds behind Sintesi festival.

COSMIC DREAM CLUB - Clear Light Of Mind

This month, we are delighted to welcome Vinsen, based in The Hague, to our series. Slowly and steadily, he’s been crafting a musical realm that drifts between heartwarming melodies, textured soundscapes, and subtle grooves. His mixes and DJ sets reflect a deep passion for storytelling, drawing inspiration from fantasy worlds, sci-fi books, and the everyday beauty of life in his city.

This particular mix was recorded mostly at the enchanting Above Below festival in the UK, surrounded by rolling hills, a gentle brook, blooming trees, and birdsong—a setting that felt straight out of a fairytale. Inspired by the magic of the landscape, Vinsen brought that dreamy atmosphere to The Coombe, the festival’s special ambient stage. The final version has been subtly adapted for a more intimate and conscious listening experience at home.
