What is diversity? How can we be more inclusive? And what does bias have to do with either? In our new podcast series, Breaking Bias, we want to “break the bias” by interviewing D&I experts to uncover the positive outcomes of a more diversity- and inclusion-driven world, workplace and organization.

Breaking Bias: The Deloitte Podcast for Diversity & Inclusion

In this episode, we spoke to Robert Franken, Digital & Diversity Activist. He tells us about how transformation, diversity and inclusion interact with one another and what prevents companies from successfully implementing a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy. We talk about barriers and patterns that should be observed by companies to effectively implement a DEI strategy.
