In our new podcast series, Breaking Bias, we want to “break the bias” by interviewing D&I experts to uncover the positive outcomes of a more diversity- and inclusion-driven world, workplace and organization.

Breaking Bias: The Deloitte Podcast for Diversity & Inclusion

In this episode, we spoke to Robert Franken, Digital & Diversity Activist. He tells us about how transformation, diversity and inclusion interact with one another and what prevents companies from successfully implementing a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy. We talk about barriers and patterns that should be observed by companies to effectively implement a DEI strategy.
