Woody known professionally as “Kursed Society” is an exciting up and coming Artist/Producer based out of London, UK. Self producing all his own recordings from his home studio, he has been consistently releasing music from the beginning of 2020 through mainstream streaming platforms such as Spotify and Soundcloud. Self defined as “Death Trap” or “Trap Metal”, Woody strives to combine his influences from Heavy metal, Alt Rock and Grunge with elements of Southern US Hip Hop and Trap. Likened to Artists such as $uicideboy$ and Ghostemane, Woody uses dark ambient noise, aggressive 808s and hi hat patterns alongside metal instrumentation to create an industrial hip hop sound. Paired with powerful and raw growls, screams and rapping, he creates a horror film style atmosphere through his recordings with lyrical content ranging from introspective dark thoughts to a no filter view on the shortcomings of modern society. - f.r.osty
