Get The Hell Out

I am Les Lester, a musician and recording artist from Detroit MI. I started writing, playing and performing in bands in junior high school. Just out of high school I was lucky enough to land my first label deal with Elektra records with "The Heart Throbs". The Heart Throbs eventually signed with Overture Records and booking agency DMA. We played shows with the biggest bands of the day including The Romantics, Joan Jett, Stray Cats, Eurythmics, Ramones, Modern English and The Tubes (to name a few). More recently I have released music as a co-founder of my newest band "The Itch" and continue to write and release music as a solo artist.  I love making music and nothing in the world feels better then knowing someone is listening.
