A Cover of a cover. Also doubling as kind of a tone test. Settings are as follows:
Guitar - H-1007 7-string by ESP LTD

I actually had to transpose this by ear because the original song is played on a 6-string guitar in Drop C tuning. I recorded/tracked this on a 7-string guitar tuned in Drop G#.

There are four guitar parts:
Two were hard-panned hard left and hard right
The other lead-type guitars were panned varying from Center to L/R 80

Bass:
-Bass Guitar? What bass guitar? Programmed bass!
-Bass courtesy of Trilian Virtual Bass VST by Spectrasonics
-Compressed pretty hard for leveling and amp simulation purposes
Signal Chain:
-Virtual Instrument (Rock Bass - Full Range model - Based on some Fender Bass)
-Compressor
-Tape Slammer (heavily saturated)
-Smoke Simulator (USA Modern Model)
-3-Band EQ
-Various Velocities hand-set to simulate more human-like sound
-Panned center (of course), with no stereo expander.

Drums:

Drums used: Avatar Kit
Custom-made preset was used
Post EQ and Reverb courtesy of Izotope Ozone 5 Suite.

Soundfonts (I don't like using, but I don't have any actual plugins for these instruments)

-Standard Cubase Stereo Expander, set at 160 spread, no delay, and about 15 color.

All Guitars played by me.
Drums were programmed fully by ear with NO guitar pro tab or whatnot
Edited, Mixed, Mastered, all by me.
The result of have no life for 9 hours...

"Carol of the Bells" - August Burns Red (A Cover of a Cover)

In San Antonio TX, songs are Indie genre with mix of pop rock, power pop, rock, country rock, and britpop influences with positively-charged messages with love in our hearts to share with the world. Influenced most by artists Fair/Aaron Sprinkle, Daniel Amos, Phil Keaggy, PFR, Olivia Tremor Control, Apples In Stereo, Eisley, Adrian Belew, Cheap Trick, Hudson Brothers, Eagles, Coldplay, Beatles, Badfinger, Beach Boys, CCR, Neil Young, Dire Straits, King's X/Ty Tabor, Galactic Cowboys.  Pending first release Universal Love is concept album of 12 mostly acoustic-driven songs about love and the universe.  All songs are original material and copyrighted prior uploading to SoundCloud.
