Aunt Daisy was a very romantic lady even though she never had a husband. She was good at decorating her bedroom and had a very good taste for art. For years during her trips to Europe and mostly France and Italy she acquired architectural monuments, artefacts and furniture from the 18th century. She also found her way to private collectors and acquired some fantastic painting made by great renaissance artists. Later she opened the most interesting private art museum in North America. Her room was tastefully decorated and looked like a room in an Italian Palacio in Bellagio. Another track from the Night Moves Project. I remember, when I was a child, my dad driving us over Holme Moss, late one freezing Boxing Day evening. The fog was so dense, visibility was just a few yards and we progressed at little more than walking pace. The road ran along a sheer drop and, at that time, there were no barriers. Having total trust in my dad, I thought it was thrillingly exciting. In retrospect, we should have gone the long way round...
