This site is where we will present the findings of our research – interesting thoughts, histories, experiments in sound, and fanciful nonsense. We hope you like what you hear here.

WIL will open its doors to the world of independent record labels at the 21st edition of the Sonar International Festival in Barcelona, welcoming an assorted host of up-and-coming indie music labels on the international scene in the one-of-a-kind Barts Theatre on June 14, 2014.
Run by industry experts, the conference will generate a networking venue for artists who self-produce and promote their music as well as opportunities for Ambassadors scouting fresh talent. The event aims to fuel the positive momentum of the music itself while making full use of the various channels of promotion available for electronic music; bypassing major labels and revolutionizing indie music marketing.
The convergence of veteran musicians, industry newcomers and music power brokers and insiders will spend the day sharing knowledge and information on all aspects of the industry through panel discussions and informal networking. As the music industry embraces mp3 and a more digital strategy, this WIL event promises to be an unforgettable example of how music retail can be a social affair; people hanging out together as a community, listening to live music and enjoying the exchange of ideas.

Aeson & Joe

Square Wave Studios creates tailor-made scores and musical themes for clients based on the needs of their projects. It is the brainchild of Varun Kapahi, a sound engineer, music producer, and a seasoned bass player. With over ten years of experience in the Indian music industry, he has worked with artists such as Shruti Pathak, Kavita Seth, Arjun Kanungo and Rabbi Shergill among others.

For this venture, he has teamed up with Tarun Mazumdar, a composer, music producer, pianist and, bass player who creates ambient music with lush textures and orchestral elements. Apart from composing music, he also writes tiny poems called haiku.
Both Varun and Tarun are alumni of Sri Aurobindo Center for Arts and Communication’s audio school.

Within the first month of their collaborative efforts, they have worked with clients like Newsclick and Qweed Media.

Services at All Souls are at 10am and occasional 6pm (see website for details). Our services bring together children and adults of all ages for a relaxed and informal time, characterised by a friendly welcome, contemporary music, lively children’s groups, opportunity for personal prayer and a relevant bible-based talk. You don’t have to fit a particular mold to come along – whether you’re coming with children or on your own, as someone living locally or visiting the area, looking to join or to visit just once, you will find a friendly welcome. Our groups for children are imaginatively led, fun and safe environments for the young to explore faith.

The church is led by Joe Sellers , Vicar of All Souls, together with a range of teams that oversee the various aspects of the church’s life and work.
