Drum and Bass is another favorite genre, and she gets dance floors around New England pumping with a collection of modern tracks blended into nonstop sets. High energy, emotive sets dominate her style, and dancers always come back for more.

Stemming from his home towns of Roxbury and Jamaica Plain, Waters is truly an inspirational and challenging artist. It is often said that those who experience the most pain go on to become the best healers through their ability to empathize with any situation. Kicked out on the streets at age 16, he had no idea that was going to become the theme of his journey. Family having turned their back on him, Waters saw no other choice but to hustle in order to survive the jungle he was thrust in to. 

Facing seemingly insurmountable odds he fought and struggled through adversity that no child should have to face at such a tender age. "Despite how messed up I perceived my situation to be, I always felt there were spirits watching over me ". From escaping close calls with law enforcements, to surviving a battle in which he was stabbed in the neck, to car accidents, Its amazing he still alive to share his story. Perhaps there is something watching over him, guiding him...

His spirit knew he was not even close to living up to his full potential.
A look toward change began with the teachings of Buddhism. He began to study the philosophy in order to channel his anger. Eventually after returning to the straight and narrow, his family opened their arms and took him in. After working a few odd jobs, for example a three-year stint at Herb Chambers selling cars, he quickly realized that he needed more spiritual fulfillment. “A way to give back to the world", He decided to become a massage therapist. This yearning to work in the field of message therapy didn’t stem from just anywhere. A few years prior, Waters was involved in a car accident that left him with chronic back pains. After eight months of going to multiple physical therapy sessions and meeting with various chiropractors, nothing seemed to work. His prognosis seemed pretty unpromising, and he started to accept the fact that he may have to live with this pain forever. This all changed however after meeting with Rev Trxx’s father, a Hoshino Massage Therapist. After two sessions, Rev’s father had Waters back in perfect shape. At that moment on the seed was planted, which has now blossomed into a successful private practice.

Besides massage therapy, Waters has another obvious passion, hip-hop. One of his odd jobs in particular was Staples. During his short time there, he got the chance to meet Viceversah. Though the spark didn't ignite then. The two would coincidentally bump into each other at a breakfast spot a year later, only to realise that they lived directly across from one another. After spending some more time together, both realized each others passion. Viceversah invited him for a guest appearance on his album and the rest is history.

Instilling the ideas of his mother, Water’s chooses a unique approach with his lyrics and overall hip-hop direction. “Ironically, my mother didn’t let me listen to hip-hop when I was young, due to the violent nature of the lyrics” Water’s says. He continues on by adding, “She didn’t want it to influence my behavior”. Waters realizes that at a young age, the lyrics he listened to definitely impacted his behavior on the streets. However, after being introduced to groups like “The Roots” and “Black Star”, Waters realized that using his negative life experiences could be a perfect way to send a positive message through his lyrics. “Music is my way to help heal, uplift and inspire others and myself”, he says. “It influences the soul in ways I could never imagine, and I feel responsible as a poet to help guide us to the highest path possible for spiritual evolution”.

Water’s realizes how lucky he was to get off the streets in one piece. After spending some time working at the Roxbury Boys and Girls club, he was able to see what happens to a lot of kids who aren’t as fortunate. “Years later I have run into kids that I once worked with and they’re all grown up. Some have served multiple jail sentences, others have drug problems and even kids”. Waters understands the fact that he is in charge of his own destiny, and that the success of you achieve in life depends on hard work and finding your true passion. “If you had told me 10 years ago that I would become a Buddhist massage therapist slash conscious lyricist or that I would get to perform at the United Nations for the international day of peace, I would look at you like you had two heads. A hustler turned healer is my story and I look forward to sharing it with you. I will change the world with words and my hands.”

Waters is currently finalizing his debut album, "Surface Tension" which will be dropping later this year.

Having influenced the East‐German techno scene throughout the last twenty years, Mira established her musical home in Berlin’s legendary Bar25. There, she shaped her very own unique sound that can be considered as a story of these endless nights full of intensity.
Bar25 was also the place for her to meet DJ and producer Chris Schwarzwalder. Moving from his Hip Hop­‐roots towards electronic music, it was not by accident that Chris followed the beat of time to Berlin.
Anyone who has experienced their endless sets already understand why Berliners speak of the particular sound being created by both of them.
A soulful, mesmerizing sound that you will sense sinking under your skin and leaving you with a feeling of deep warm­‐heartedness.
What happens is the perfect chemistry of classic mixing skills along with ingenious live productions that really deserve to be called a moving experience.
All of their styles and sounds can, not only be discovered live behind the decks, but also on prosperous vinyl and digital releases.

As a visual artist, choosing a track is a visual experience for me.  As an old school rave-style dancer, I want to hear something that moves my body the way my organs beat within their own syncopated rhythm. The electronic music scene has had a considerable impact on my art so I love to mix tracks as a way to generate ideas for other artworks, even if those ideas never leave my head. Damien Paul is a Boston-based multimedia artist, DJ, and event producer. A long-standing stalwart of the New England underground scene, Damien has dedicated his work to combining cutting-edge art forms with emerging sounds to create transformational dance music experiences. For nearly two decades, he built his name as a trusted selector and tastemaker with his signature sound of raw and emotional dance music.

His events have earned him critical acclaim, ranging from a "2012 Best of Boston" award for his residency at Good Life, to helping RISE earn a "Top 100 Clubs" award by DJ Mag with his Wonderland weekly event series. His visual art has been featured by the City of Chelsea, Somerville's Boynton Yards District, Artisans Asylum, and The Boston Children's Museum. ​​​His sounds have been showcased on festival stages such as Identity Festival, Love Burn, Firefly Arts Collective, Fractalfest, It Takes a Village Fest, Hydrotechnics Festival, Figment Boston, and the Together Festival.
