I must add , very few of these tracks are mastered . I make most of them when my son goes to school . I just upload these tracks at the point that the time runs out and he's back from school . I don't spend more than 6 hrs on any track  ( most a few hours ) and I rarely get the chance to master them.  I just want to download my mind as quickly as possible and then upload it to soundcloud before I can pick the bones out of it and end up deleting 90% of it and starting again . If I was too serious about it , I would never upload anything

I got into Punk around 1982 and not long after discovered Hardcore Punk, around 1993 I finally allowed myself to get into Rave and then got into mixing.
I got into Oldskool Hardcore and Jungle when I turned 50! better late than never I suppose. haha

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago. Have been a long time follower of many forms of electronic music ranging from ambient drone to freaked out Warp/Rephlex techno. I have a special fondness for all things breakbeat based - oldskool hardcore, jungle, drum & bass, hardcore breaks. I have been an avid vinyl/CD collector of these genres for many years, despite being utter rubbish at mixing.

As of February 2014, I made the leap from listener to producer after a good bit of prompting from Leonized (https://soundcloud.com/leonized) to pull the finger out and give music making a bash. I have been heavily inspired by artists from the 1993-1994 darkcore jungle-hardcore period. Especially the likes of Ray Keith, Bizzy B, DJ SS, Nebula II, Jungle Buddah, Chaos & Julia Set, and DJ Mayhem. I'm still at the very early stages of stringing samples together to re-create that oldskool hardcore/jungle sound, but am looking to get better at each track I knock up. :D

Any advice and comments are most welcome, and if you enjoy my tunes, then I've done something right! :)
