The Riddim Tuffa Crew are an Edinburgh based duo of dj’s and producers Adham & Frontline Selecta. They have racked up appearances throughout Europe, with several festival shows and countless dancehall takeovers in the bag.
Riddim Tuffa have been hosting their own parties for a few years with a music policy that has its roots in reggae but happily embraces all the myriad forms it has inspired such as dancehall, ragga, jungle and dubstep. Previous guests have included a wide range of Mc’s [Robert Lee, Daddy Freddy, Earl 16, Kenny Knots... ] or producers like [Mungo's HiFi, Benny Page, OBF, Radikal Guru, Jahtari... ] proving their love of digital dub and its multitude of mutations.

Riddim Tuffa’s studio production is heavily influenced by the 1980′s digital style. By combining the use of vintage, analogue equipment and modern recording techniques, the crew produce an extremely fresh sound that holds on to the roots of dancehall music. Their label Tuffa Dubs records features a wide range of collaborations with Jamaican legends such as Little Kirk, Lt. Stitchie, Gosple Fish and the new generation of artists like King General, Solo Banton, El Fata and Diegojah to name a few. Since 2011 the duo have released several vinyls on their own label and their productions have featured on labels like Super Fly Records and Vibration Lab.

One of the brightest lights of the roots-influenced underground community for the past half-decade, Poland born Mateusz Miller has pioneered a compelling and unique fusion of sounds that encompass dub, reggae and dubstep under his Radikal Guru moniker. Inspired by an appreciation of soundsystem culture, his music has become synonymous with suffocating degrees of dread bassweight, vibrant and eclectic palettes of tone, and varying energy levels that cater for both dancefloor focussed ruckus and for more meditative listening. Heavily influenced by the likes of King Tubby and Scientist, Matt first gained worldwide acclaim and recognition through a string of killer vinyl releases on leading reggae/dubstep imprint Dubbed Out, before forming a creative partnership with fellow label Moonshine Recordings where he has gone on to cement his reputation as one of the strongest proponents of the scene. His Moonshine discography boasts highlights that include his debut LP ‘The Rootstepa’ and the mighty ‘Dread Commandments’ 12”, and keep an eye out for some seriously exciting developments in the pipeline including the release of his second album. Not only a talented producer, Matt is also a fine selector, conveying his passion for music through DJ sets that pay homage to the sound and culture’s rich history as much as they showcase the freshest cuts of sonic innovation from himself and his contemporaries. He has hit spots all around the world to assault soundsystems with bass-fuelled beats and positive vibes. Catch Matt bringing heat to a series of festivals this summer, and with a landmark tour yet to be announced, there is plenty to look forward to on the horizon.

Reggae Roast, one of the UKs leading Reggae Soundsystems & party starters, have forged a reputation as the leading light in the resurgence of the British Reggae, putting on some of the best parties and festival stages across the country. Having recently signed to the world famous Trojan Records they are at the forefront of the UK Reggae and Bass Music scene.

Reggae Roast’s first release on Trojan, went straight in at #1 on the Juno Reggae charts, while getting good radio support from the likes of David Rodigan (1 Xtra) and Ras Kwarme (Capitol Xtra) and Don Letts (6 Music), while their follow up single ‘Real Reggae Music’ featuring the legendary Tippa Irie, was included in the Trojan Records 50th Anniversary box set, selling thousands of copies.

Their soundsystem remains the cornerstone of their events and with it they have run stages at prestigious festivals such as Glastonbury, Outlook Festival (Croatia), Secret Garden Party, Eastern Electric, Boomtown, Telerama Dub Festival (France) and many more. 

At their events they have hosted some of the biggest names in Reggae including  Horace Andy, The Wailers, Lee Scratch Perry, Sly and Robbie, Collie Budz, Mad Professor, David Rodigan, Suggs (Madness), Channel One, Trojan Sound, Gappy Ranks, Finley Quaye, Aba Shanti I, Mungo’s Hi Fi and many many more. 

Reggae Roast have built a strong fanbase over the years with nearly 200,000 social media followers. They have racked up over 8 million plays on Soundcloud alone and their monthly podcasts receives 10s of thousands of plays. They have played all over the world from India and Thailand to the UK and back. This year they were personally asked by Shy FX and Chase & Status to play at their events.

About us and our philosophy:

To create a sound system vibe is part of the Digital Steppaz activity. Dubby Ranks (a member of one of the oldest Dancehall sounds from Freiburg) and Dr. Chalice started this project in the summer of 2010. Selectah Easy T Jam/Esperanza Soundsystem and My T joined Digital Steppaz in 2011.
In their work the bass and the offbeat built the musical foundation. They incorporate Reggae, Dub, Dubstep and many more styles into their DJ-Sets.
This crew is well equipped and organised because during many years they grew up with organization and promotion of dances, festivals and networking.
Digital Steppaz built their first soundsystem stack with 8KW during the last 2 years and in the end of this year probably they will operate with 16 KW on 2 stacks – so that the music can be presented properly e.g. big dubstages on festivals can be powered.
The following events: Bass & Offbeat, Dubclub Freiburg and the Dubwohnzimmer are taking place in Freiburg. The members of Digital Steppaz are organizing it or partially working with.
Many international artists like Clouds, Disrupt (Jahtari), Mungo`s Hifi, RSD (Smith and Mighty), Soom T, Trevor Junior, Solo Banton, Shanti D, El Fata and many more performed live with them. 
Dr. Chalice is one of the producers in his studio wherefrom he creates tunes and remixes. 
Selectah Easy T spend 2 time in Kingston/Jamaica. There he recorded many Killa voicetracks for Jahtari and Mungos Hifi, O.B.F. and others. He recorded Sugar Minott, I Bogle, Black Warrior, Wheeler, Wild Life, Pad Anthony and many other artists from the island. Big digital tunes for the producers from MAFFI (Kopenhagen). 
The record release on 12" is SCOBO 026 - Mungo`s Hifi ft. I Bogle / Bogle Riddim – which was a big hit @ Ernie B´s worlds largest reggae distributor from NY is still in heavy rotation on Mungos Hifi Selection since 5 Years. Digital Steppaz played Germany, New York, France, UK, Mexico, Czech Republik, Croatia. Productions been played by producers like Jahtari, Mungos Hifi, RSD (Smith and Mighty), O.B.F. and many more. Finally in June 2015 was the own Imprint/ Label "Double Dynamite" founded. We released a 7" with 2 singers: Wheeler from Kingston/JA in Digital Style on the Turtle Riddim which was built by Maffi. The other side is a Soundsystem tune to wreck down all dancehalls with Shanti D the MC/Singer from O.B.F.
