Starring: You and me and a  Mall Santa Claus ( a Harry Dean Stanton type character).
This is probably the most depressing Christmas song ever.

"Memory Tracks" is a piece that uses sound to depict fragments of memory and changes in the heart that arise during the passage of time.

I don't like theological interpretative authority (see ‘Lone, lost in hope’). nevertheless, I am an agnostic who fully accepts any religion unless it leads its followers down destructive paths and justifies this as a higher, sacred mission. this also means I truly appreciate the positive power that faith can unleash in people, even though I myself rely on other mechanisms.

however, hope is hope, regardless of whether you direct it to heaven in prayer or simply carry it in your heart as a faint wish. 

here’s to the desire for just one silent, holy night, calm and bright, to sleep in heavenly peace. with a wish list that requires no further explanation, just ears to hear a prayer that should finally be answered. by those who can fulfill it. not god, but us humans.

peace is the most precious gift in the world, not only these days.
