This journey was recorded at the "Upward Spiral" on the sacred lands of Saltspring Island, BC. One morning I felt really challenged and confused, still healing from heartbreak and integrating and accepting the fact that my life path has yet again taken a drastic turn, I asked spirit for a sign and then I came across the Earth Warriors Oracle Deck by Alana Fairchild, that happened to lay on the table and I pulled a card and here is what it said:

Circle Cross of Tenan - Rare Intersection of Heaven & Earth

"Your plans and purpose are aligned with greater cosmic forces. Whether you see it coming or not, things will fall into place and what you have been working toward will come to fruition. A rare intersection of heaven and earth will result in a precious manifestation of grace. The divine shall correct a situation that is in need of realignment...

This message resonated and reverberated deeply within me and inspired by this message & remembrance I  got into the studio and this sonic transmission is the result. 

A journey that serves as a bridge between worlds, a gateway to connect with our spirit guides, angels, ancestors, ascended masters and star family to receive guidance and support.

May this journey remind you and reflect back to you that you are a portal, a bridge between worlds and may it support you to soften, open up and listen, to receive the wisdom you carry within to guide you on your sacred path and souls journey.

Thank so much Marylou, Drissa, Avy, Romy, Olivier, Martine, Charlotte, Yanael, Elore, Natalie, Ellen  & Mateo and all members of the team, the DJs : Nina, Pascal, Caroline, Yarun Dee, Virginie, Drissa, Baptiste  and all the participants to make this happen together, elevating the mood, the frequencies, enjoying the vibes,the great dances, the nourishing vegan food, singing together every night. A deep ceremonial journey through jungle downtempo and organic ecstatic dance vibes — recorded in the days of the Harvest Full Moon.  
This set carries the energy of heart-opening movement, cacao medicine, and the pulse of the jungle.

🌀 It also includes my upcoming track *CacaoSito*, releasing this November on the compilation *CacaoDance Vol 4* by Resueno.*

CacaoDance — Harvest Moon Ritual Set | Jungle Ecstatic Dance by Karunika

This is a recording of my ritual live looping set that I played at Before Sunset Beach on the Aegean coast of Turkey this summer.

Before Sunset Beach has an incredible sunset view over the crystal clear waters of the Aegean see, where ancient Greeks & Romans used to live and eventually taken over by the Ottoman Empire. The land is beautiful and rich, they grow lemons and olives in the surrounding mountains and you can find many incredible ancient ruins around the area.

In the set you will here me playing and looping a Spanish style acoustic guitar, a fender electric guitar, and native flute, as well as live vocal textures and melodies.

All of the music is improvised in the moment, as I feel. The beats & bass lines were pre-produced in Ableton live but the arrangement of the loops is improvised as I change and launch them live.

I really love sharing and creating this type of musical experience because I become a pure open channel to divine creativity as I improvise and sometimes  even surprise myself.

This WAS NOT MADE WITH AI. It is completely real HUMAN creativity and expression.
