That’s how Juwee describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid of going from crazy party vibes to a chillout level, his musical selections are his own therapy.

Raised on sounds of the early 70s, hip-hop and reggae, he always tried to keep himself open to every kind of other music. After discovering Funk, Jazz and Soul, which as he sees it, is the major source of inspiration for most genres, the beat-bender started collecting records, making edits and finally ended up doing originals. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best: bassline, hiphop, funk, chillout, drum & bass, house, trap…
Though he loves playing in nightclubs, festivals, patios and special events, his love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes. As a producer and promoter, he has found plenty of ways to express himself musically.

As a part of the Funkanomics he has been rocking parties all over the world and lighting up the main stages of Fusion Festival, Shambhala Festival, Natural Games Festival, No Stress Festival, Motion Notion, Zürich Openair and many more…


Plenty of hard work with his project Funkanomics got him release on several labels like Adapted Records, Fort Knox Recordings, Jalapeno Records, Bomb Strikes, Ghetto Funk, Rocstar Records, Manmade and many more.

Shake well in a soft leather Gucci cowboy boot, pour contents into a petri dish and place in the airing cupboard under the Anne Summers knickers for two weeks. Add a pinch of the cookie monster, two fingers of Dolly Parton and cover generously with the sex musk of Burt Reynolds and you’ll be close to recreating something that resembles Sammy Senior.

Leo NXT formerly (Roast Beatz), once rooted in hip-hop, has evolved into a versatile producer and DJ at the intersection of Hip House and Jackin House. Starting out as a hip-hop DJ, his early years were defined by scratching and crate digging. However, as his journey took him through vibrant club scenes across the UK and beyond, he discovered a deep-seated love for house music. For years, this passion remained in the background, but over the last five years, it has fully ignited.

Blending elements of hip-hop’s raw energy with house music’s infectious grooves, Leo NXT has crafted a unique sound. His production seamlessly merges these two cultures, resulting in tracks that sit comfortably between both worlds. As his tempos have increased, so too have his DJ skills—adapting to infuse low-key scratching and live remixing while keeping the energy on the dancefloor intact.

Now, with a refined focus, Leo NXT pushes boundaries, bridging genres while staying true to both cultures.

It all began in 2014 when Dj Dubra and Arteo crossed they paths for first time by starting to share with finished tracks and new ideas and it ended up by working together on some of those ideas. Dj Dubra already was an experienced dj who created a local event series by teaming up with Dj All-Viss and Dj Rudd called "Funky Breakout" where they’re sharing the stage with some of the scenes best Djs till this day. Meanwhile Arteo was working on his debut solo EP "Let's Party" witch was released in summer of 2015. After a while there were enough finished tunes and in the beginning of 2016 they released debut EP “The Funk Phenomenon” at the end of 2016 "Here We come EP" and in 2017 EP called ''Milk''. All releases was great success and gained support from artists such as Featurecast, Slynk, Krafty Kuts and many more, all releases was presented on top of Beatport and Juno Download charts.
