Marcus Raute is a Naples-born producer, DJ and music enthusiast whose journey in electronic music spans over almost two decades. Deeply inspired by the house and deep house movements of the ’90s and 2000s, his music combines analog textures with modern production tools, often enriched with other genres elements.

Deli G, the creator of the well known radio show ‘The Touch’ which is one of the most cutting edge and longest running mix shows in the UK to date and well respected world wide.

Deli G’s love of music began at a very early age but it wasn’t until he returned back to the UK after a number of years in Jamaica that his career really began to take off. In 1985 he involved himself in the Bristol music scene playing various parties with ‘The Wild Bunch Crew’ (now known as the world famous ‘Massive Attack’) he also played at the Moon club (now another super club called ‘Lakota’) and the long running and ever popular ‘Thekla’ boat nightclub.

In 1987 he got involved with one of Bristol’s hottest pirate radio stations (B.A.D. Radio)
playing a wide range of American dance music.

Deli G took his radio show to bigger and better things and started his own club night at the Players Night club in Bath along with his close friend D.J Lynx (from another famous collaboration known as Smith & Mighty Productions) and this is where
Deli G  really started to make a name for himself.

In 1990 a group of regular clubbers who happened to work for BBC Bristol approached
Deli G about a new legal radio station (F.T.P.radio) to see if he would be interested in running a show with them and so his radio career began alongside his club nights.

In 1991 Deli started his own dance music mix show “The Touch” which also gave him 100% music control on the new ‘Galaxy 97.2fm’ show based in Bristol, which was predominantly a urban and dance music radio group.

After 1 year on ‘Galaxy Radio’ Deli took his talents to the ‘New Music Seminar’ in New York to meet some of the people who’s music he had been playing on his shows. This was to become the start of some very good friendships with many people in the music industry who helped put the ‘Galaxy’ specialist brand name on the music map.

By the end of 1993 all the major players in the dance scene like Frankie Knuckles, Masters at Work, Marshall Jefferson and Roger Sanchez were all playing guest spots on Deli G’s show.

Deli G whilst still playing a mayor role in the UK club scene did a land mark tour of South Africa with the ‘Lakota night club’ where Deli G did various live show broadcasts with South Africa’s ‘Radio 5fm’ along with Danny Rampling (BBC Radio 1).

Throughout the 1990’s Deli G developed his style of music and taste towards the lovers of American dance music by introducing more US features on his radio shows.

1995 he did his first of two music compilations, one for ‘Distance Music’ called “House Proud Volume 2” and second in 2001 for ‘Slip’n’Slide’ called  “Hallelujah”.


In the year 2000 Deli G won an award for BEST OVERSEAS RADIO SHOW, presented by The Dirty Dozen awards at the ‘Miami Winter Music Conference’. He was given joint first with Danny Rampling (BBC Radio1)

toward the end of the year 2000 Deli G added some of the true legends of dance music to his show including the creator of the 12”inch record ‘Tom Moulton’.   He also had guests from one of the world famous nightclubs ‘Paradise Garage’ on his show and the owner of ‘Westend Records’ ‘Mel Cheren’ to do monthly features and bring some history to the show.

In 2002 he brought into his shows reports from New York, Chicago and the UK on the music scene relative to each Country.  Deli G also introduced monthly guest mixes from big players in the US House / Garage music including Bobby & Steve, Paul Simpson, DJ Disciple and Boyd Jarvis.

2003 Deli G scooped up his second award for ‘BEST OVERSEAS RADIO’ in New York which was presented by ‘Undaground Archive.com’ a part of the ‘Billboard Summit’.

In August 2006 after almost 16 years of broadcasting to the South West & South Wales  one of longest running radio mix shows in the U.K. The Touch did its final broadcast on Vibe Fm

October 2006 - 2009 one of the main players of the digital download stores (Traxsource) approach Deli about hosting and producing their radio show “The Future of House” was syndicated across the world which he grabbed with both hands.

Deli G’s passion and drive has enabled him to be one of the main players in the US House / Garage music in the UK.

After taking some much needed time out, Deli returned back in 2012, with his award winning radio show on  Bristol City FM radio (BCfm). Using the well known analogy, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it', ' The Touch' carried on with his well known formula. Playing the best in upfront Soulful House, while dedicating the last hour to  showcasing selected cuts , digging deep from  'The Touch Rewind' archives dating back to 1991. 
With the advancement in technology and the wide spread availability of the internet, 'The Touch' show is now connected to  world wide music family and continues to welcome listeners from the heart of Bristol and all over the globe. 
In recent years Deli has continued to spread the gospel of real House music; by linking up with former Roasted partner in crime DJ Ben Daley and notorious God Son of Soulful House, DJ and Producer Sean McCabe to form the basis of the  Good Vibrations parties in Bristol. With DJ royalty such as: Joey Negro, CJ Mackintosh, Paul Trouble Anderson and  Kenny Dope topping the bill, Good Vibrations parties saw the return of a by gone era of true House music for real music lovers. 
This year Deli G and Ben Daley will celebrate the 10th year anniversary of the much loved  Roasted nights,. 'Roasted', were renowned for throwing down the heaviest parties on a Sunday night.   Boasting  a  Hall of Fame style line up of legendary artists such as: Kerri Chandler, Robert Owens, Danny Rampling to name but a few. This years anniversary party is heavily anticipated and sure to be an event to remember. 
 
A well known and respected DJ internationally Deli G is a legend in the making and lets his music speak for itself. Deli G continues to shine a light on the dance floor and airwaves ensuring that the legacy of House music continues long after the last person has left the dance floor.

A trim tab is nothing more than a miniature rudder attached to the primary rudder of a boat or aircraft. In the spirit of defecting from the much-maligned third-person bio approach: in short, I am a Sydney-based DJ who specialises in the sounds of deeper house and disco.  I take delight in playing a solid warm-up set and revel in the success of watching a room build around it.

Since making my club debut as a fresh-faced eighteen-year-old at 'Thursday Delights' at the Icebox—a popular trance and hard dance event of the time—I have been lucky enough to play right across Sydney, enjoying bookings at Sounds on Sunday, S*A*S*H, Chinese Laundry, Plastic, Café del Mar, The Burdekin and Candy's Apartment; as well as larger-scale events such as Big Day Out and Harbour Party NYE.

In the process, I've also been fortunate enough to support some of the leading names in dance music—both locally and from around the world—including LCD Soundsystem, Booka Shade, Subb-an, Chymera, Sonja Moonear, Luke Chable, Jasper James, YokoO, Kenny Glasgow, Darren Emerson, Mark Dynamix and Kid Kenobi, to name just a few.

I like to put on the promoter hat, too, hosting and playing at events of my own: 'Attic' being my main project.

Since its inception, the Attic brand has enjoyed success in its standalone parties—for which we've toured renowned house and disco artists, Fouk, Nachtbraker, Folamour and Laurence Guy, to name a few—as well as appearing all around Sydney for invitational takeovers, radio appearances, and exclusive showcase sets.

Away from the club dancefloor, you might also find me playing an extended-length set in a low-lit bar, exercising the deeper, more eclectic selections of my record box—lower, slower and groovy, just the way I like it!

For ten years, I was heavily involved with the Internet radio game, hosting successful programs, 'Friday Night Live' and 'The M Shift'; on Indiesoundz and NSB Radio networks, respectively.  The M Shift, which ran for six years, specialised in breaks, house and drum 'n' bass, and was regularly enjoyed by thousands of live listeners, downloaders, and Podcast-listeners alike.

As above, I pride myself on playing a good warm-up set—added again for emphasis!—and believe it to be somewhat of a lost art form in this current age.

I also don't mind getting in the studio occasionally, but that facet, for now, is still very much a work in progress!

Inspired by and building community through house music for over 25 years, Dave Dluxx strives to meld his love of music with the energy he draws from those that come to dance. He’s spent years traveling far abroad and going deep in his own pacific northwest backyard to find and create a style that is all his own. His music blends deep, tech and spacey rhythms that keep the dance floor pumping. He is always seeking to create that perfect mix, weaving the soul and beats as one. 

“I can recall back in 3rd grade when I was hanging out at my friend’s house, and in his garage rested two Technics and a Radioshack mixer. These days where my first of being exposed to the culture and the energy it possesses. From that moment on, the life long journey started to map out before my eyes.” Dave started attending warehouse parties and getting involved with the culture at the age of 13. Seeing how networked and community oriented this culture was inspired Dave to look outside his box and branch out to new people and different experiences. Having access to Technic’s and positive guidance at such a young age has proven very beneficial to the growth of this aspiring artist.

In summer of 2002 Dave was asked by Gaia Tribe to join the collective, and assume a more active role with the whole production. Prior to this Dave had dedicated countless hours to the Tribe from setting up parties, to mixing music, to creating production work. After seeing his deep love and intentions, Andrew and Maté opened the doors of Gaia Tribe to Dluxx. 

From that moment on it was clear that Dave was a vital link to the success and manifestation of Gaia Tribe. “Each person’s energy is so important to the whole of a Tribe, Dave’s head and heart are in the right place. That’s why we chose him to be a larger part of GT,” says founder Andrew Mataus.

Dave has many accomplishments under his belt. In 2005 his mixing began to make him well traveled with stops at: Propaganda in Moscow, Russia, House Café and Telefunken in La Corunå, Spain and Yanks in Amsterdam. The summer of 2005 took Dave up and down the west coast, from the Tropical House LA boat party with Dj Heather, to an assortment of outdoor events ranging from the Shasta Gathering to Burning Man. The fall and winter continued to be jam packed, with gigs in Houston and Seattle Science Center shows, and many late hours in the studio.

Following his heart, Dave continued to bang out tracks and travel the world abroad. In 2009 Dave, along with Andrew Mataus took the show back on the road, with a multi stop Spanish tour, including gigs at Super Club and Telefunken. Djing is not his only passion and most often times Dave will be found hard at work in the studio. With releases on Serial Sickness, Midwest Hustle, Bridge City, Market House Meats, Cotopaxi, Amphibious and multiple tracks hitting the Stompy.com Top 100, this is just the beginning for this dedicated HOUSE MUSIC warrior. Love for the Music!

Born with significant hearing loss, deafcandance has never treated it as a limitation. With nearly two decades behind the decks, he has become known for hypnotic, groove-driven sets that balance deep house, minimal and 90s-inspired rhythms.

His approach is purely improvisational – no formulas, no fixed playlists. A sunrise in the forest never sounds the same as a late-night club session; every set is built in the moment, shaped by the crowd and the space.

He is also the mind behind outer_spice, a Warsaw-based podcast and event series that has hosted selectors such as Adiel, Ogazon and Youandewan - artists who follow their own path.
