Christian Benjamin Perez  a.k.a  b.p  is an American rapper/ songwriter. Born in Dominican Republic, raised in Yonkers, New York. 
  B.Ps love for music stems from numerous factors; his mothers musical singing background, his environment, and his love for musics ability to affect the listeners thoughts and emotions. b.p exhibits strong lyrical artistry which helps him express the truth of what he's feeling at the time resulting in music that sounds honest, thought provoking and reflective. b.p has a diverse palette  of musical influences ranging from jay z, lupe fiasco, daylyt to nirvana, Whitney houston and juan luis guerra to name a few. he started rapping in middle school with his friends and his passion grew from there. bps ultimate goal is to use music as a conduit to help set up systems that both reduce violence and improve low income areas like the ones he grew up in.
