Straight out of Stockport, England, KASHMERE merge anthemic, stadium sized indie rock, with a cut of melodic
brooding synth pop to create their own unique form of sonic worth.

Formed by Joey Newey and Andy Law, on vocals/guitar and drums, as well as lead guitarist Charlie Cole and bassist Freddie Hughes. The band gained recognition after long awaited debut single "Blow Your Mind" springing the band into the limelight in the summer of 2016. Followed by a string of successful singles including 2017 festival favourite "Porcelain". KASHMERE have made their mark on 2018 from the start with their epic and ridiculously catchy release "Codeine"

The Hempolics are out to put those organic rootsy vibes back into music; with their fat radio-friendly hooks, bumping soundsystem bass and a wanderlusty, ineffably real sound all of their own...

Over years of recording top international talent The Hempolics enigmatic leader, Grippa Laybourne, has been carefully honing his own masterpiece and selecting a gang armed and dangerous enough to execute it. The Hempolics caused an instant stir with their single Serious which hit number one in the UK reggae charts and was playlisted on Massive Attack’s BBC takeover.

New debut album ‘Kiss, Cuddle & Torture Vol. 1’ has seen the band erupt with three singles playlisted by BBC6 Music and support from Steve Lamacq, Toddla T, Rodigan & Don Letts to name a few. Liz Kershaw selected the album on her ‘all killer, no filler’ best albums of the past 30 years and invited the band to play her BBC anniversary show after hearing them smash a live session for Lauren Laverne on BBC6. It’s not just on radio that the band have been breaking with album track ‘Samurai’ synced to the worldwide trailer for Coen Brothers and George Clooney film ‘Hail, Caesar!’

Sounding like the i-pod of the attention-deficit generation and swelled by guest appearances from various international talents The Hempolics have a storm brewing that promises to tear up the UK music scene. Recording underground style throughout the bedrooms and home studios of the band The Hempolics have created an infectious mash-up of Reggae, Electro, Hip-Hop, Soul, Rock and Pop. Although the weather out might be dull London-side it’s strictly sunshine vibes, resplendent with huge hooks and festival friendly choruses. These are tunes that people will be bopping to across festivals, clubs and car journeys for years to come.

The Hempolics pedigree recordings are combined with tight as a tick live performances – honed at their own underground club night in London – and they are amongst the up and coming acts to watch. They are the brainchild of veteran sound engineer and record producer Grippa Laybourne. Core vocalists, the empyreal Nubiya and devilishly dashing Dandelion, combine together impeccably, with Dan’s brother Harry sometimes stepping in with his own smooth tones. The rest of the band comprises of deft bassist Lorenzo, Leon King who ranks up there with the finest Reggae/Dub guitarists around and the exceptional Craig Boorman on drums.

JUMP UP is Jamaican Music Made The Old Fashioned Way. Vintage style on vinyl records, by both legends of Jamaica's musical past, as well as modern artists carrying on the torch.  Do The Ska! Feel The Reggae! 

Drawing influence from across the globe, The Mighty Vipers blend Latin rhythms from South American, dirty reggae from Jamaica, 1930s NYC jazz and the sounds of African townships all together in one decadent cocktail of groove.

Wrongtom is a record producer and dj from South London, now residing in the not-so-trendy reaches of the east end, he spends his days playing with tape echo and watching B-movies in his makeshift studio hidden away in a converted nunnery.

Spanning over a decade, Tom’s career has covered a colourful patchwork of styles from Dancehall to Indie-Pop with the likes of Rockabilly, Dub, Ghettotech and Free Jazz filling the gaps in between. Starting out as a percussionist playing on records for Bob Jones’ Black On Black label and Kingsize Records, Tom soon taught himself to produce with some hand-me-down analogue gear and a cracked copy of Cubase, his early productions bridging the gap between new school breaks and old freestyle-electro records.

Somewhere down the line he got tangled in the web of pop music and in no time was touring the land with spiky soul boys Hard-Fi playing seemingly inappropriate records to thousands of indie kids which came to it’s ilogical conclusion on stage at Wembley Arena as 10,000 perplexed punters listened to a selection of B-More, Shut Up & Dance and Italo House classics. Through Hard-Fi, Tom notched up production credits on a UK number 1 LP and paved the way for his reggae/dub collective Stoneleigh Mountain Rockers, with whom he’s worked on projects for Trojan Records, Pama International (featuring 2 Tone luminary Lynval Golding) and now with UK rap legend Roots Manuva.

As a dj Tom’s traveled the world from Shanghai to Southampton playing in a variety of venues including sweaty basements, churches and even a former Yugoslavian army barracks, the bakery of the barracks in fact. Not content with subjecting the world to his record collection in the dance, he’s also tormented the airwaves via experimental station Resonance FM for a few years with his radio partner Mr Trick.

With his latest album with Roots Manuva in the can, you can expect a couple of new projects in the not so distant future, no doubt filling in a few more genre gaps on his CV in the process.

Back To The Planet (BTTP) formed while squatting together in Peckham, London in 1989, and attracted a following throughout the early 1990s. They played four consecutive Glastonbury Festivals and played many free festivals, including the Deptford Urban Free Festival and the Castlemorton Common Festival[1] in 1992. BTTP were vociferous in their resistance to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.

Their music blended elements of ska, dub, punk, and dance music. Their first album, Warning the Public, was released on their own record label, Arthur Mix Records, based in Hither Green. In 1993, the band signed to Parallel Records,[1] and released a chain of singles. BTTP split not long after the release of Messages After The Bleep in 1995, to pursue personal music projects.

BTTP performed a reunion gig at the Red Star Bar in Camberwell on 10 December 2006.[2] They also played at the Endorse It In Dorset Festival on 12 August 2007, and the main stage at the 2007 Beautiful Days festival, but to a smaller than expected crowd owing to them clashing with Bill Bailey. BTTP played the Paradise Gardens free festival, London on 25 May 2008, and at the Endorse It In Dorset, SolFest and Shambala festivals in summer 2008.

Back to the Planet appeared at Glastonbury, and EnDorset in Dorset during the summer of 2009.[3][4] Back to the Planet played the Wickerman festival in 2010. They played the Levelling the Land Part II tour, along with The Levellers and Dreadzone, in December 2011, headlined Rogues Picnic [5] in May 2012, and played Bearded Theory festival[6] in May 2012. Back to the Planet made a late-night appearance at The Bimble Inn at Beautiful Days Festival on Friday 17 August 2012 and are confirmed to play Alchemy Festival [7] 21–23 September 2012.
