Daniel T is a California-based DJ and producer. A longtime record collector and digger, Daniel has become a local authority on bygone music. He hosts regular radio shows on Dublab (Crosseyed & Painless) and NTS (Tuff Shed). He started making music 15 years ago as one half of Cosmic Kids, who made a name for themselves producing heady house and astral dance originals and remixes for cult labels Let’s Play House and DFA. In the years leading up to the pandemic, Daniel and his former DJ partner Wyatt left an indelible mark on Los Angeles with their beloved series of Heat-Wave parties.

Daniel's solo output is inspired by everything that you might find leafing through his diverse record collection: disco, international funk, post punk, reggae, and off-kilter pop. He has released original productions and edits for Cascine, Razor N Tape, and Pleasure of Love.

Preoccupied and dedicated to the preservation of the motion of hips, we are a bunch of DJ's, producers, promoters and party people who love the funk in all it's forms, from 1940's New Orleans all the way to the deep technoid recesses of 2017...

Since 2011 we've been running a label that specialises in disco/funk edits and the reissue of classic dancefloor material. We've released and reissued music by the likes of Nicky Siano, Daniel Wang, Arthur Russell and DJ Rahaan, and we've also done a couple of turns on the 'Paper Disco' imprint, a new incarnation of the wonderful UK house label Paper Recordings. These releases have garnered support from the likes of Optimo, Horse Meat Disco, Bicep, DJ Sotofett ( Sex Tags Mania), DJ Kaos ( Jollyjams) and many more...

We throw parties that we hope capture the original New York/Chicago spirit - a broad mix of dance music played to open minded, fun loving dancers and messers. Currently Pablo holds a regular residency in Ukiyo in Dublin, as well as floating between a host of other venues in the city, including The Liquor Rooms, where he alternates monthly between Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. 

Over the years we have been closely aligned with Nightflight/Airbound (http://soundcloud.com/nightflightdublin) and Downtownsounds, two crews with similar tastes and spirit. 

2013 saw the launch of our 'Downtownsounds Classics' series, which will feature the big tunes from the long running Dublin clubnight, as well as a best selling EP from Chicago's DJ Rahaan, and there'll be plenty of new music to come from the label in the next few months.....
