Argo Vals is an Estonian composer, guitarist and live-electronics artist.

Argo’s focus in his music has been on playing the guitar, but he is also intrigued by the variety and movement between different and opposite producers of sound. He draws inspiration from real life, tightly connected to imaginary world. Argo composes and performs with drum machines alongside with real drummers, and designs/plays around with the captured sounds.
He often finds himself composing for dance and theatrical performances.

Argo has released three full-length solo albums: in 2020, 2015 and 2012 and an EP in 2025.

Tintura blend beats and traditional music from their native Estonia to create a soundscape the seamlessly reflects the ancient songs and tunes of their homeland. They occupy a space where Baltic electronica meets tender folk song and fiddle music.

Estonian ensemble Rüüt represents new and diverse folk music by offering a fresh take on the search for its essence. Their thorough and precise arrangements are based on old runo songs and instrumental tunes. At the same time, their repertoire has new compositions that reflect musical influences from different countries and styles.

Lonitseera on Tartu-põhine ausa altpopi ansambel. Ta juurikaks on Kaisa Kuslapuu sõna- ja klaveripõhine maailmapilt, pealseteks tundlikud ja kavalad lood ning lava, kus on ruumi nii südamepuisteks kui irvitamiseks. Siin räägitakse sildadest, kunstnikest, ressurssidest ja metsloomadest, ei häbeneta, ollakse siirad ja sütt täis. Mahlast vokaalpuljongit ajavad lisaks klaverile keema flööt, kontrabass ja löökpillid.

It began with the piano, then came the poetry. Or whatever. It's now two years since a singer-songwriter project birthed the band Lonitseera, with its witty lyrics and sensitive unity in play. The driving force behind Lonitseera is Kaisa Kuslapuu, whose original music is the loquacious lovechild of musical whims and exaggerated allegory. Kaisa considers her strongest influences to be the unbudging pile of gravel, still lying stationary in front of her childhood home, and growing up to Estonian pop music. Lonitseera is a dramatic Estophone alt-pop group.

Erki Pärnoja is an Estonian songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Well known for his work as guitarist in the Estonian art-pop group “Ewert and The Two Dragons” he now reveals a diverse and more alternative side of himself as a frontman and songwriter composing cinematic instrumental music while continuing to push the boundaries. Examples of which are the first vocal tracks “Leva” and “Eha” and the acknowledged orchestral work “Saja Lugu”. His unique Nordic touch, impressionist guitar riffs and film like soundscapes brought him the Artist Award at Tallinn Music Week 2017 followed by the Male Artist and Indie Album of the year at Estonian Music Awards 2018. Erki released the ‘Saja Lugu’ live album in autumn 2018 and studio album “Leva” in February 2020.

Nagy Bögö is a trad-indie-popmusic band, playing the band members’ original compositions enriched by Estonian traditional music. Strong rythms, emotionally loaded harmonies and minimalistic melodies inspired by old runosongs’ texts describe Nagy Bögö’s music. Behind the colourful sound there is an intriguing set of instruments: vocals, bagpipe, flute, double bass, drums and acoustic guitar. It’s the freedom of crossing boundaries and the courage to experiment, that create the youthful symbiosis between tradition and modern times. The genuine warmth and positive charge, born of the Nagy Bögö’s synergy, will stay with the audience long after the last chord has faded away.
