Vytol‘s infectious production sound amalgamates the best parts of jungle, jump up and steppers and is fast becoming a favourite with some of the most respected jungle/dnb djs (not to mention dancefloors).

Based in Birmingham UK, he started deejaying DnB back in 1997. His involvement in the scene seems to be paying off and DJing at nights such as Flashback, Broken Minds and Atomic Jam, to name a few, have prepared him well for the next level…

His first residency (to which he claims he owes a lot!) was at the Blueprint Bar in Birmingham City Centre. It’s here that he met up with his DJ partner TNT, which in turn led to a regular weekly slot on Midands Kool 105.6fm.

This Junglist hub is also where Vytol met up with (amongst others) long time friend and production partner Kieran J, now better known as K Jah. The pair have released some highly acclaimed and globally supported dancefloor gems together such as “Bad Vibrations” (Sub Woofah) and “Cola Cubes”(Ruffneck Ting).

With a couple of solo EPs for Ruffneck Ting also under his belt, Vytol’s feet are still planted well and truly on the dancefloor.
