An obsession with the pre war blues of the Mississippi delta inspires me to play and write music using the sounds heard back then in my own way...try to put my own spin on stuff, sometimes it can be straight blues/ragtime/old jazz sometimes it can be ballady/folky/whatevery...labels! Bottlenecks up and down strings are sometimes used, looking to experiment with new sounds, quite fancy an old organ.....

Zero Panjenix is the Master of Ceremonies at the Panjenix Network.

UZ3 (best pronounced with a Lancashire accent) is a vintage group from Bolton and Bury playing vintage songs of almost every type...ducking and diving twixt blues and pop, jazz and folk...and, occasionally, rocking of course. Band members: Eric, singing plus hesitant guitar; Ian, singing plus expert guitar; Norman singing plus bass. Rather than produce a carefully crafted CD we thought we'd use Soundcloud to let friends and relations and anyone else who's curious listen to recorded sounds. 

Singer-songwriter, Little Miss Pauline, from Wigan, is a solo artist accompanying herself on acoustic guitar.

Pauline, having started song-writing again, last time being in her school days, has been making a name for herself around the Northwest within the last 5-6 years. 
Many music fans will have seen Pauline supporting the Folk-Rock band Merry Hell on a number of occasions. And you will have seen her perform at last year's 2nd Wigan Diggers Festival, in and around Wigan, Bolton, Darwen, St. Helens and Manchester.

For the last year Pauline has been working on her first album, with Merry Hell's, John Kettle, putting band arrangements to her songs. There is no date for the album release just yet, but you can keep up-to-date on her progress, and up and coming gigs, through her facebook musician's page, and can have a listen to some of the songs finished so far from the album.

Like a big pizza pie
You need to sit with your head up and drink lots of orange juice, you'll be fine eventually.
I'm mucking about on my own cos I've no band up and running at the mo, this stuff is quite good fun to write and record, but is not as much fun as bands.  Tata!
