TIME (Clock of the Heart)/Time after Time

I’m Victoria Gallagher, the creator of and hypnotist at the popular hypnosis website Hyptalk.com 

Think and Grow Rich, if you’re not already familiar, is one of, if not, THE most important financial books ever written. Napoleon Hill researched more than forty millionaires to find out what made them successful. In his book, he imparts that knowledge to you. 

Napoleon Hill encourages his readers to study the book diligently and review it several times and commit as much of it to memory as you can in order to get the most value out of it.

Each of these hypnotic sessions summarizes the chapter it is based on.  You’ll listen to this summary in a meditative / hypnotic state in order to teach your subconscious mind the lesson.  

Each session will last approximately 25 minutes and includes Theta Brainwaves, Nature Sounds, and Light Background Music.  This will aid you into just the right state of trance so that your subconscious mind can receive and accept the information a little easier.

It’s important to understand that hypnosis is not sleep.  And sleep is not hypnosis and drifting off to sleep will create no value.  In order to hand information over from the conscious mind to the subconscious mind, the conscious mind needs to hear it, form mental pictures, and most importantly, FEEL an emotion, none of which can be done if you fall asleep.  So, please do yourself a favor and make sure you are comfortable enough to relax, but not so comfortable that you fall asleep.

How you’ll get the most value from this program:

Each Session is broken down into two parts:

First, I’ll read the chapter to you in its original format exactly as it was written in 1937.  As you listen to it, realize that while the world has changed and some of the exact words may have grown irrelevant, ponder to yourself how it applies to you in the world we live in today.   The principals are timeless and still very application to your life situation.

Listen to the chapter at least 3 times with no other distractions BEFORE embarking on the hypnosis session.  

You may even wish to sit at a desk and take notes.  You’ll notice that you hear something new each time you listen.  I would recommend spacing each lesson out approximately 24 hours between each listen.
 
After you have listened to the chapter 3 times, only then do I suggest that you may also continue to listen to the chapter in the background while doing other things, while driving, doing chores around the house, while working, etc. 

There are questions for reflection at the end of each written chapter.  Take some time to journal your answer to these questions. 
 
After you have listened to the chapter 3 times and done your journaling, that is when I recommend you to listen to the hypnosis portion of the program and begin an AM and a PM routine to listen to the hypnosis.
Do this for a period of 7 or more days in a row or longer if you feel you need more time to integrate the information deeply into your being.  Be as consistent as possible.  Consistency is the key to having success with any habit change.
