El resultado de un año de trabajo. Toda la esencia de #ketapasando en un putx pendrive. El pincho se compone de 12  tracks inéditos y 12 EPs de cada uno de lxs artistas involucrados hasta ahora en este proyecto, además de alguna que otra shit digital para el entretenimiento y disfrute! 

Esta es la primera muestra física de que en éste ,nuestro mundo, tienen cabida todos los géneros (por llamarlos de alguna manera). Un llamamiento a la mezcolanza, con la intención de generar una red sin clichés, sin guerras de egos, sin estigmas. Después del apocalipsis, solo puede existir un mundo nuevo. NUESTRO MUNDO! Y vamos a llenarlo de música y jolgorio ;)
Solo queda dar gracias a todos los colaboradores y decir que esto es solo el principio. Seguimos con ganas!

Christoph Fringeli & DJ Pure: Anti-Christ (1998/2021)

The intention for this piece is to create a quantum planetary universe of splintered sounds. This can easily result in just chaotic randomness. Therefore I clot seperate short soundclips into groups. In turn, those new groups clot into bigger clusters. This way I gain massive individual soundobjects with high granular density. Polyrhythmical structures are enclosed by repeating short granular patterns, like frozen mechanisms. These loops connect the bigger soundobjects in time. Some things are too big to control, others too small. In between I compose.
"Helena" received a special mention on the competition "Métamorphoses 2014" (Brussels), was finalist on the competition "Città di Udine - TEM 2014" (Italy) and won first prize on the 7th International Competition of Electroacoustic Music Composition, Category Acousmatic, of The Foundation Destellos  (Argentina) in 2014.

About the Voltage Songs EP:

The origin of this project was to compose a full song on the Tracker, using mostly modular synthesizers. I use a CV.OCD midi to CV converter so the Tracker can speak directly to my eurorack systems. My first experiment with this set up led to this.

Once this track was done I multi tracked it to my computer and polished it a little bit, added some details to make it a little bit more interesting. From there as I wanted to be able to share this with other users on the Polyend Scene, I made a bunch of samples using all those sounds from the modular and decided to make another track out of it. This is the track you have here, feel free to use any of those sounds in any way you like.

I used mostly the Slice play mode here, so I could make different chunks of audio, sequence those back in any orders that felt right (or wrong) and play those at different speed easily.
The time stretched version of the breakbeats were made using the Akaizer (but as I write this there is a very potent time stretch included in the Tracker).
