While in college I spent a lot of time and most all of my money traveling to see the wide variety of landscapes in the US. It was a "unlearning" period of my life and getting out of my comfort zone and seeing the greater picture was vital to informing who I am today.

After over a decade of playing in alternative rock bands, including his current band The Post War, Warren Thompson is releasing his first solo acoustic guitar album. 

"Take to the Road" was written and recorded during the pandemic and is the second single off Warren’s debut acoustic finger style album "March to Your Own" coming Fall 2022.

It was recorded in Vancouver, BC and was mixed and mastered by Antoine Dufour.
