Dan van den Berg steals the show here on a Miles type modal groove, while breaking a high E string in the process.  See if you can find where:)  A special tune for us to toast Miles like this.  From the late 60s on Miles always had one or two super serious fusion guitar players on stage with him - John McLaughlin, Pete Cosey, Mike Stern, Barry Finnerty, John Scofield, Robin Ford and Foley. Following the last D7's work, I recorded the major blues of A7 as "Summer Night Monologue 02". 
This time, I play a combination of mute playing and ordinary picking.It is a method of playing a guitar that engraves rhythm with mute playing style and simultaneously plays improvisation with a pick.Many great players around the world make use of this performance style.This playing method is also one of the basic rendition style of acoustic guitar like the previous work.I also noted how to mix Western scales and Blue Note scales  :)
Since A7 's blues is also a prototype of rock' n 'roll(also E7), I made it as a supplement to the D7 blues. I hope everyone will be helpful for using minor pentatonic in major blues. In playing the Blue Note Scale, it is important how to use the minor pentatonic plus alpha. If you are practicing guitar, let's master this basement by searching on the net on this occasion. For guitar players it is not so difficult.
However, it is finished a heavy sound than what I originally thought. It will be nice if you listen to it on a midsummer day when it gets sweaty. Please be careful about the volume when playing ;)

JUNZO -- Summer Night Monologue 02 ([Solo#7/A7] Etude For Major Blues)

I wrote this song about a holiday in the summer of '83, the words really sum up the memories, my kid sister had this beloved ball that she took everywhere with her, and then good old Billy Ray here lost it to the tide. Not sure she's actually forgiven me yet lol. Greetings to all, many thanks indeed to everyone supporting us, much appreciated as always! Hello Soundcloud, thanks for the Listens, Likes and Support. Im from Melbourne Australia, I have been playing guitar for many years now and played in two bands during the 80's & 90's (STOLEN CAR original) & (STORM cover),both bands never released any material. Since 2010 i have been writing songs and tunes and recording them in my music room (3rd Bedroom), i play Guitar, Bass, Keys, BFD2 Drums(programmed)and Vocals on all of my songs which i class as Demo's, I love all types of music but Hard Rock, Rock to Alternative appeals to me most.
