Double Diver

This is a tribute mix to one of the most talented, kind, and lovely people I know. I have been a fan of Norm's work since I first became interested in "ambient" music, falling in love with the Pavilion LP the moment I heard it. His music has given me so much joy, solace, and inspiration ever since. 
His passing has left a giant hole inside me and for the past two days I haven't done much else other than listen to his music. This mix features some (but not all) of my favorite pieces by Norm.
I never had the pleasure to meet Norm in person, but it was an honor to work with him on several occasions at Muzan.
Norm, wherever you are - perhaps floating on some galactic current in a space-faring bathysphere - I miss you so much. Thank you for everything.

A Tribute To Panabrite / N Chambers / Jürgen Müller

A few years ago I fell in love with this song (Ash) by my friend and former band mate John Larkin (Jhn_Lrkn / Wandering Nerve / Cairns )and asked if I could get the stems to explore and reimagine. The first attempt I made was not very good, fortunately my hard drive crashed resulting in the loss of my progress and forced me to start over. After months of prodding at the mix and various harmonic and sonic elements I walked away from it. But happenstance retrieved the mix from my harddrive and I realized I had never shared it with John. Thankfully, he loved it (whew!) and gave me permission to share.
