Sunny greetings from the beautiful city of Buenos Aires in Argentina. From this place we welcome a new artist to our roster: Chumbita. Juan caught our attention from the very first listen, so it was this kind of easy signing' while listening the demo again and again. "Peculiar Changes" comes as powerful, bass focused track – and still having this mystic atmosphere we love so much in our aquarium. Putting his fingers on the Original, label head Marc DePulse gave this track his fingerprint. A typical MDP interpretation, a contrast with a different melody but still explosive for every kind of mood. Happy debut release, Mr. Chumbita!

E/ A lot of releases have two tracks. This on has six.
Lost in Translation is a little more EP than a lot of little EPs. The bass, for instance, is constructed of not one but two separate steel panels, one under the other, to add strength and loudness to the tracks.
And although, like we said, a lot of little EPs have two brakes – very few of them have steel guard beams built into them, like Guillaume did.
Monaberry also gives you more music than most little EPs: A unique Analog Sol remix that can handle massive crowds quite comfortably without a lot of straining.
And where some little EPs let you feel every little mistake, this EP has big synths at all tracks to help take the harshness out of the ride.

Exclusive Stevie R & CERPINTXT 'Red Lemon (Man Power Edition)'

Stevie R teams up with vocalist CERPINTXT again to produce two original takes, 'Madilo' and 'Red Lemon', for Chapter 24's catalogue number 34, a vinyl only release. Aside from the two original tracks, 'Red Lemon' is remixed by Ed Davenport and Man Power. The latter reduces the original's groove to its acid line before introducing a bass being 1 minute 18 seconds into the track. Shortly after the Mexican-based producer takes a short break but only to prepare its listeners for the synth-pad melody that is either supported by the bass line, the acid bleeps or trippy textures solo or altogether throughout the track. Man Power plays with these musical ellipses in a James Joyce manner and emphasizes the elements taken from the Stevie R & CERPINTXT original take while rearranging, restructuring and reseting them to a divine remix that Joyce could not have written properly. 

Stevie R & CERPINTXT's EP 'Madilo' will be released September 21st, 2018 on Chapter 24.

They do not disappoint. Londoner Kincaid (Aeon, Anjunadeep, Futureboogie) reimagines Botsa Botsa into a killer starry, widescreen slow disco cut powered by a hypnotic acid line. Meanwhile, Disco Halal heroes Simple Symmetry draw inspiration from rave-era Prodigy to create a reworking of Delias, which is equal parts incredible and insane. Dancefloor destruction is assured.
The package finishes with two versions of Gkii from the legendary Martin Buttrich, who draws on a classic and rolling deep house vibe for his glitch inspired Class A Edition, along with his Blib Dub. Stavros Potamitis (aka Stevie R) conjures emotion and weaves sonic tales by combining the rebetiko folk music of his Greek homeland with analogue electronics. Working with a range of collaborators he offers forward thinking, avant-garde music and daring, theatrical live performances that freely blend and cross over between musical styles. As well as being a musician, producer and performer, Stevie is a lecturer at Point Blank Music College in London, runs his own record label Inside Out Records and is A & R of Chapter 24 Records. Always looking to push musical and sonic boundaries, he is just as relentlessly focused on moving things forward in his own work as he is committed to supporting the next generations to break through.
