For this weeks podcast we've invited the Irish-born Berlin-based duo TheLoopmasters, consisting of DJ Speed & DJ Frequency. The vinyl enthusiasts have been close for quite a while, which led them into birthing their cooperative project 'TheLoopmasters' (alias for playing together) / Loopmaster Records (name of the label earlier this year. Their sound, as you could might guess, is focused on providing the infinite loopy side of techno.

At the start of March, the iconic K-Bar Powiśle hosted its last-ever party before closing its doors for good. It’s hard to describe how much this place meant to the scene—it gave space and creative freedom to post-pandemic initiatives, helping rebuild and reshape Warsaw’s underground. The trust and support it offered helped countless artists, promoters, and, most importantly, a tight-knit community grow. For nearly three years, it was a place of unforgettable conversations, shared ideas, and incredible connections.

As WiREFRAME, we had the honor of throwing six events there, which helped us find our audience and build a name for ourselves locally. To us, K-Bar will always be our home club. Our last event—celebrating WiREFRAME’s second birthday in January 2025—was also a bittersweet farewell, a chance to gather one last time in the towers of the Poniatowski Bridge. To honor and thank K-Bar, we’re sharing a live recording from that night: a set by our resident DJ, Doga.

Once again, huge thanks to everyone who made K-Bar what it was. Its absence will be felt.

Do you invest in crypto? A question Cryptofauna gets asked quite often when she meets fellow club kids at the function. But when it comes to her name, it's more about investigating than investing. The term stems from both biology and mythology and refers to all hidden animal life, mostly those living in the deepest oceans - so deep that many of them aren't even discovered yet.
For weeeirdos, the Berlin-based DJ used the opportunity to record a mix to frame the origin of her moniker. Accompanied by a cryptic text, for those who are open for some „weird ass deep sea poetry", as she puts it.

„This sultry, odd, sinister but warm mix might be my personal favorite so far. Never felt more like my artistic self than with this one, so a huge thanks goes out to all producers, to the ravers who keep this thing alive and to weeeirdos for having me."

Mees Javois could be best described as your favorite DJ’s favorite prodigy. At the fresh age of 17 his tracks have already gained attention from the likes of Ben Sims and Mall Grab.  Just by listening to his music and DJ sets, you can tell Javois has done his homework. She doesn’t stick to a single genre, instead pulling from a range of influences—beginning in the underground minimal and progressive scene of her homeland, Poland, then spending five years immersed in the UK’s bass and breaks culture, and now exploring deep, percussive techno in Berlin.

At the core of every set is one goal: to get people moving.

Starting out as DJ Suzie, she made her mark in Glasgow’s scene. Now based in Berlin, súz plays with tribal percussions, deep textures, and a rolling sound that reflects her mature, refined style.

She’s a resident for Frenetik in Glasgow and MoreAmore in Berlin, collectives that share the passion for club-driven sounds.
