Darius Syrossian's passion for music has been his driving force, dedicating his life to collecting and sharing the finest house and techno records. With a wealth of experience dating back to the early nineties, Darius has become a legendary figure in the electronic music scene, renowned for his unpretentious approach and hard-working attitude.

As a selector, producer, label curator and radio host, Darius' love for good music in all its forms shines through. He transcends generations, cultivating an electrifying atmosphere on the dancefloor wherever he plays. His enthusiasm knows no bounds, matched only by his determination to keep the true spirit of club culture alive.

From his first experience of electronic music at York Racecourse in 1992, Darius has been a diehard member of the club community. Spending 15 years working in record shops such as Global Beat Records and world-famous Leeds outlet Crash Records, he acquired extensive knowledge of House Music, Garage, Techno and Disco, refining his own tastes in the process. This key stage in his life formed the foundation of everything he stands for now: the timeless, universal power of good quality music, unity on the dancefloor, and a total disregard for trends and fads

Darius Syrossian is a UK music legend with a global following. He gained fame as a DJ at Manchester's Tribal Sessions and regularly played at the renowned Sankeys nightclub alongside the likes of Jeff Mills and Dave Clarke. He honed his skills through international tours with Steve Lawler, performing to diverse crowds on various sound systems.

In addition to his successful career as a DJ, he launched Moxy Muzik, in 2019. The label reflects his passion for club culture and hosts sold-out events in intimate club spaces. He aims to take underground music back to its roots and prioritise music over gimmicks, as seen in the label's diverse and talented roster.

Darius is known for his intuitive understanding of the dancefloor, which is reflected in his prolific production career. He has released tracks on respected labels such as Defected and Drumcode, showcasing his versatility and disregard for genre labels.

As a DJ, Darius is dedicated to providing unforgettable moments for his audiences. He spends a significant amount of time preparing for his sets and is constantly in demand for performances at influential clubs and festivals worldwide. His commitment to keeping the soul of house music alive is evident in his philosophy of guarding its principles and welcoming all to dance with him all night long.

Prepare for an immersive sonic experience as Scottish techno DJ/producer CJW unveils his latest EP, Crates, on 28 August 2025 via Wirelab Records (WRLB057). This two-track release isnt just a collection of tunes; its a journey through meticulously crafted dub-infused soundscapes. CJW masterfully blends deep house, dub techno, and minimal elements, creating a hypnotic and emotive listening experience that nods to classic dub aesthetics while pushing into contemporary club territory. Opening cut 23rd Dub Preset sets a mesmerising tone with a deep, resonant bassline, tape-echo textures, and finely sculpted chord stabs drifting through the stereo field. The groove is understated yet relentless, its swing and percussive detail revealing CJWs evolved production prowess and ear for negative space. On the flip, Dub A Rub turns the screws with a more driving and tactile low end, layering saturated chords, rolling hats, and atmospheric swells that bloom and recede like smoke in a late-night room. The result is a focused, immersive trip designed for heads-down floors and long-form sets. Avid listeners and DJs will find much to appreciate in CJWs sophisticated approach to dub-centric electronic music—precision sound design, emotive harmonic movement, and grooves built to breathe on a proper system. This release marks the 57th entry in the Wirelab Records catalogue, a Glasgow-born label founded by CJW (Colin Wright) and now a collaborative effort with Barry Johnstone (aka Dark Kandy). With a renewed focus and a string of successful releases, including a recent number one on Beatports new releases chart, Wirelab Records continues to solidify its position as a force to be reckoned with in the electronic music world. Crates will be available on all major streaming and download platforms on 28 August 2025.
