This week our theme is Love. We talk about the power love holds and how it is the driving source of the universe. Heartache and joy are both a result of love and both necessary as part of our lives. It's how we learn and grow. But it's important to also know that receiving love is just as fulfilling as giving love. Sometimes we find it harder to accept the love of another than to give our love away. Self-love is the answer to healing and to finding peace.
