For this month's DETECT, we welcome the Leeds based artist @kessiekessy. 

Holding down residencies at Wire Club and the monthly queer night Love Muscle, Kessie has carved out a groove within the North's vibrant dance music community - one that shows no sign of slowing down. This Summer alone has taken her even further afar with festival & club bookings from across Europe, and Kessie can be heard in the our halls for the first time in our upcoming celebration of 10 years of Monnom Black. 

Kessie has recorded an exclusive mix for our DETECT series, where she indulges in the tougher, grittier corners of her music collection, drawing from techno, EBM, post punk and grunge influences.

What about Prägnanz?

Prägnanz is a Hungarian DJ and producer who is one of the founder of the Synapse crew. His selections within techno has a broad range, likes to play deeper tones and groovier stuff as well. 
He played at several Budapest-based clubs; among those, his favourite place is Aether, where he  currently serves as the residence of the Synapse series. He (and the whole Synapse group) aims to try 
to invite artists on a wide scale in terms of soundscape, believing, that these kind of artists can have a strong educational impact in the hungarian techno scene.  He had the chance to share the stage with such well-reputated artists like Gaetano Parisio, 
Divide, D-Leria, ASEC and Casual Threatment 

Recently, he started to create music as well, constantly trying to find his own sound.

Aether 008 Prägnanz

Cress is a London-based producer and DJ that shifts between various tones and textures of club music. Their inclination for texture and rhythm is evident in their eclectic DJ mixes as well as productions released on 3024, with SODAA, and on their own imprint Microgreens. 

Cress turns in a fitting mix for Multitude that teeters between techno, IDM, jungle and more, steering through hypnotic tension and collapsing into neurotic intensity.

LTZCAST 7: VIVI

We are pleased to launch our third podcast series, starting with UMA Soundsystem from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has prepared an hour of trippy, bleepy and rolling techno. Enjoy!

Bio: 
UMA Soundsystem started his DJing career in 2015. At that time the scene was small and the only way was to do it on your own; together with his friends, they organized parties that became well known regionally and carried out an audiovisual project that made local DJs known.

Since 2018 he has dedicated his time to production, discovering a great interest in studying the technical aspect of sound, managing to specialize as a radio, sound and mixing technician.

Since then, he has released music on labels around the world, with Diffuse Reality Records being the most representative, releasing two full-length albums and performing at the label's showcases in Buenos Aires.

Currently, together with Joel Pulso carries out the self-managed project Hysteresis, where they manage recording, mastering services, graphic presentation and packaging services in cassette format delivering to the whole world.
