Story about town keeper who made a terrible mistake because of his pride and carelessness. It was probably due to his scientific experiments, the town disappeared one day, it fell into the ground, into fire and lava. No single house left.

As the mayor walked around the terrible pit and felt the helplessness, he saw a little girl on the edge .. she was still alive .. he took her in his arms and cradled her.

Sorry for this deeper matter, i promise next song will be "major" and positive. Unless the mayor does something tangled again. ✌

Smokey Mountain Lullaby is the last song Chet recorded, it's his trademark and carries the essence of who he was. This is my attempt to play a cover of Tommy Emmanuel's arrange.

I was initially hesitant to release this evening recording because I respect this Tommy Emmanuel's trademark so much. Even after 15 years of work, this is still a very difficult one-taker for me. I even down-tuned the guitar, so i can be more relaxed, at the cost of sound quality. Let's just say this is the 2024 version of me trying to sink down to the very essence of this song. Hope you like it.
