This is Chunka.  Once again thanks to @oneblindmouse One Blind Mouse for the bass and the assistance with the post production/engineering.  Much gratitude. 

I don't know if it's just in Texas we say "chunk" if you wanna throw something in a general direction.  That kinda inspired this one.
Also this has possibly the best pinch harmonic I've ever recorded at the 1:15 mark so enjoy that.

This track was developed based off a poem written by the same name and the emotiveness evoked from within it. In the semblance of life, there are crackles "spackling" the loveliness of the everyday. 

When we experience things in life, it is always wise to remember all of whom we are, deep within us. When we do this, the easier it is to keep everything else in an appropriate perspective... remembering everyone and everything are simply... energy. We are merely the vessels in which energy is processing through each life cycle in the physical three dimensional world. 

We can get caught up in the man made constructs, verbiage, judgments, etc. and permit them to disrupt the flow of our energy... or we can allow the energy to flow to us, through us, and then... beyond us. We can choose to absorb it, ask it to be returned to the sender, or (as we've chosen to begin as our own practice...) ask it to simply be returned to the earth for transmutation into the growth medium for something lovely, BEautifying, and helpful to the earth and for the potentiality of enrichment for all. We hope you enjoy this piece as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Gardens of the Zone [bitzone production]

2:45 is an independent duo formed by Melakki, who writes the lyrics, sings and plays the drums and Boolapp-Goro, who plays the bass guitar, sequences the synthesizers and also is in charge of the artwork. Both were born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since they met there, they started making music together, traveling and living in some different parts of the world. It wasn't until the year 2018, that they started sharing their music with the world.

Their sound is electronic rock, with a blend of each of their own musical tastes and influences mainly combining psychedelic rock with several electronic music genres.
They grew up listening and loving music from Syd Barrett, The Doors, Lou Reed, Jimmy Hendrix, Nirvana, Brian Eno, Peter Gabriel, Einstürzende Neubauten, Nine Inch Nails, Aphex Twin, Joy Division, Sumo and Fela Kuti among others conforming an extensive list.

In these past years they focused in listening, discovering and connecting with other great indie artists. A loving and supportive community of independent musicians and artists, fans, radio hosts, curators, DJs and producers emerged stronger than ever during these 'pandemic times'. Many of these artists also described 2:45's music saying that it contained elements of indie rock, shoegaze, post-punk, indie pop, world music and kraut rock.

Welcome to the load-bearing wall of sound.

Music: No boundaries / Knows no boundaries. I don’t look anything like my profile photograph; I'm actually slightly shorter and a figment of my own delusions.

I’m also known as the wild man of transcendental meditation.
