Some words about IO Rec:
The audiovisual label and artist collective, based in Munich, Germany is known for releases based in the deep techno and ambient genre. Through catchy sound design, complex rhythms, psychedelic audiovisual live performances and visual art, the label creates a manifold, genre independent experience.

The label's artists are combining the love for nature with impressions of the digital world, with which they draw a multi-facetted picture of the current spirit of the age. This results in a synaesthetic as well as genre combining experience with driving and deep beats to take you on a trip into the unknown.

To remain faithful to nature, the label produces all of its products ecologically and in line with nature.

Furthermore they are curating a platform for visual artists around the world, who are creating series of visual artworks in a bimonthly release pattern. Additionally they host a podcast series, featuring producers and DJs in the deep techno, ambient and experimental genre.

Ignacio Tardieu, better known as Ignacio TC, is a music producer and DJ from Madrid with over a decade of experience in the sound creation, and is head of the dub techno national scene. Versatile and eclectic as no other, this artist also founded the group The Mixtics, which led him to Convinteto, the most classic underground dancefloor from Budapest, one of his first international booths. His music invites you to travel through the universe and go into a trance, being almost as a ritual with which to give ourselves to the sound vibration made live.

French producer and multi-disciplinary artist Angel shares this refined, yet groovy, ethereal dub techno mix that was recorded from her home in Berlin.

Born in France, but now a resident in Berlin, Angel began her music career in London where she handled music journalism and promotions for a small bar in the British capital. She then appeared as a DJ in Bali, Tokyo, Bangkok, then back to Europe in Paris, and more recently in Spain, following her travels. As a producer, Angel released the well-received EP “Coincidence/Ambivalence” last year on SLR. while she has just now finalized a new dub-techno EP whose release is imminent on the Stuttgart label, AMAS Studio. 

This dub techno mix is a singular expression of the current mood and inner reflections that music brings out in us. Atmospheric, singular, expressive, with a touch of darkness and always deep, this mix transports us to some unknown states, between contemplation or dance moves. The mix also features a forthcoming track by Angel, to be released digitally and physically on AMAS early this summer.
