Ayy Den’s journey began in Canada. Growing up surrounded by a healthy mix of hip-hop, reggae, dancehall and soul music. These early influences combined with the fresh UK sounds of Funky, Garage, and Dubstep making their way across the ocean led to Ayy Den's move from avid listener to radio host, DJ, and promoter - co-hosting intimate after-hours shows for a wide selection of international acts passing through British Columbia. 

Now based in Manchester, UK her eclectic bass-led mixes taking in Jersey Club, Funky and beyond are rapidly gaining plaudits, already featuring in Trench Mag, Peachy, Reprezent, It's Sister and Cosmo Radio, Dublab
