Originally released on @chillmegachill's The Chiller III Halloween compilation under the @dyedhands moniker in 2013.

I finished this recording, including adding the interview excerpts, a few days before Lou Reed passed away. 

The main lyrics and title both come from Richard Hell and the eponymous Legs McNeil and Gillian McCain book. 

The narrative is from a particular trip to/in Florida from New York.
