Back in high school, I played flute in marching and concert band. My best friend also played flute and we would sit and play along to the Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves soundtrack. Track 2 "Sir Guy of Gisborne/The Escape to Sherwood" especially and this cover is of the first part of that track. Back then, I actually arranged a flute trio of the main melody and we would play it at concerts and just for fun.

Michael Kamen remains one of my favorite film composers and it still saddens me that he is no longer with us.

My last SC post for this week and this vacation, was a bit productive exploring my modular synth, which I have extensively used here again ... 
The synth solo in the middle is funnily played with a midi-guitar via midi driving the modular ... loads of fun ... and yes, I played the piano as well - maybe for the first time in a song not in 1-finger-mode :) Progress ...
