Our next artist we are honored to host is a immense talent based in Denver, CO. Influenced by the deeper sounds of techno, atmospheric, and most things unconventional, she views the art of mixing as a spiritual practice that seeks to "balance relationship to mind and body. Her sets lean in the direction of storytelling, turning the moment's vibe into sonic passages, usually with a dark and moody undertone that reveal splashes of light and space to feel. Mostly deep techno and ambient. She performs Live Sets with her own music, from heavy beats to ambient and modern sound design. Recently she founded her own label Predawn Records. She has released on Labes like Phonotropsimi, Annulled Music, Circular Limited and Lowless.

Originally from a metalcore and hardcore background he has always enjoyed electronic and experimental music. Delving deep in the unknown space of impulsive rhythms, dissociative sounds and dark and eerie atmospheres, his goal is to mesmerize the listeners with his productions and DJ-Sets. He has been establishing his soundscapes in the local and international scene since 2019. Releasing on labels like @charybdis-records, @furthersessions, @kvlto-records and @deflection-music just to name a few.

Christian Scalas aka Kryss Hypnowave, was born in 1973 in Sardinia. He fell in love with music at the age of 15 years, starting to frequent a local radio station. The first gigs followed with residencies at K2 club and the Sueno de Ibiza club for 3 years. Very soon he entered the Sound of Mix roaster, which led him to play in many European events such as Goliath, Infinity, Dreamland, Lake & Street Parade and many other premier European clubs. Slowly his sound changed and his liking inclined towards deep, hypnotic and dark techno - never too fast, with a deep groove and of course mesmerising atmospheres. Kryss Hypnowave is a very active producer with multiple releases between vinyl and digital releases on Planet Rhythm, Edit Select, Seance, Subsist, Att series, No way, Black, Circular Limited, Traumshallplatten, with special remixes by Claudio PRC, Edit Select, Akob and many more.

Kryss Hypnowave also carries on his very personal ambient project under his real name ‘Christian Scalas’, with 2 albums released on Japanese Anay and Monobass project with his friend DJ Datch. Sound is his work, a mixing and mastering engineer by profession, he also teaches the art of sound synthesis and design.

Bio:
Inspired to explore the different types of electronic music, creativity and passion leads him to a broader evolutionary path, starting playing in the most important clubs of his native land, Sardinia.
His performances began to take an intense musical form of personal communication with the obsessive use of drums, almost like stabbings, in a progressive growth up to mesmerize the listener: explosion then restart.
The next step is outside Italy, turning a utopia into reality: Tresor Club in Berlin. DJ Datch found a context of sound research, find the chemistry that makes developing a personal style characterized by techno sounds, dark and hypnotic in combination with hints of experimental dub, focusing his energies into his dark style.
Over the years, his music has been published on various labels including Eclectic Limited, Kynant, Edit Select, Attic Music, Circular Limited, Muted, Seance, Par, No Way, and many others.
