Brittney Burchett is from Ventura, California. She began singing on stage at the age of 6 and started singing even before she could speak. Music has always been a big part of her life, but she didn't start writing it until she was 16 (when she first picked up the guitar). Since then, she has written over 300 original songs in multiple bands and other musical projects. Her singing styles include but aren't limited to jazz, blues, R&B, punk, country, rock, and even a little opera. She is mostly compared to the late singer Janis Joplin.
