The guest mix in the second hour is by Perch from Lausanne in Switzerland. He’s a member of the DJ Collective Fast and Technous. He describes his style as mental and hypnotic techno. In his mix he’s played some tracks with additional ambient and drone elements to add texture and complexity.

This song started as an FL Studio project around 2017. I originally did it all in the piano roll, inputting each note by hand. I had to recreate it by ear and from memory since I didn't have the original file anymore. The intro is cut from the original track.

The piano is Keyscape, the EP is the Reface CP, and the "guitar" is actually the Reface CP's clav with a bunch of effects on it. All the strings are from the Juno DS.

The track was inspired by waking up to a good day.

Catoon is an Indie Rock duo from Birmingham, AL featuring instrumentals by Andrew Acker and vocals by Laura Pollard. Featuring a blend of Indie/Alternative Rock, Folk, and Dream Pop (with a dash of Post Rock and Shoegaze), Catoon aims to convey deep emotion to their listeners while leaving room for interpretation. 

Started in 2023 as a project by Andrew to simply record instrumental music he had been composing since childhood, the ideas began to take on a different shape after a larger-than-expected reception. Lyrics were written, microphones were procured, and vocals were incorporated.
