This week we dive into the Desert RATS Stage Race with six tales from previous episodes that hopefully capture the essence of this wonderful adventure (mostly because the 2022 edition is happening right now and I have had major envy and FOMO for all those folks battling the desert!!)

James is a person I look up to and turn to when in need of wonderful, thought provoking conversations that help put into perspective obstacles I'm working through. 

This episode is a great conversation about what he discovered through diving full on back into biking this summer and how those athletic endeavors and adventures can help us navigate our own experiences through the world!
