About Miroir:

Miroir, aka David P, is a French DJ based in Saint Nazaire, on the west coast of France.
According to David, it all started in 1992 with the discovery of the world of raves and acid house parties and the appearance of the first vinyl record stores, where he spent a large part of his time looking for new releases. His first purchases were from labels like Axis Synewave and djax-up Beats. Then, collectives of DJs based in Nantes regularly invited him to launch their techno
evenings, where he played progressive and hypnotic mixes. He was known back then as Dj Dav,and today, it's through Miroir, French for Mirror, that he wishes to share his thoughts and his Deep Dub and Techno influences. Biography: 
I am DJ and producer based on The Mornington Peninsula, Australia. My journey with electronic music began nearly 30 years ago, when I first heard dance music in a Melbourne club. That moment sparked a lifelong dedication to sound, composition, and rhythm. I began collecting records and got my first music software. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the textures of minimal techno, ambient, and house. These genres shaped my creative direction and continue to influence my sets and productions today. 

After several years of playing in clubs and at parties, I found my place behind the mic and the decks in radio, where I spent 15 years sharing music and connecting with listeners. These days, I keep things simple and soulful—DJing for friends at home and for the good people tuning in online from around the world. The passion remains as strong as ever: it's all about the music, the community, and the journey it takes us on.

About the mix:
I have selected a fair dose of tunes from 2025, a few a little older and a couple of golden oldies to round things off.  Most of the tunes are dub techno, with a strong minimal, moody feel. The older tunes provide some sonic excellence and reflect my influences. Much respect to all of the Artist who's work i have used for this set, you are all amazing. Containing five synthesiser-led pieces, ‘Loon’ was recorded in autumn 2014 across five days at Nils’s Durton Studio in Berlin, and continues on from the ambient sounds of ‘Stare’ but with the addition of more percussive elements and dub influences. For this new EP the duo wired an Oberheim 4 Voice and a Korg PS3100 to the mixing desk and performed live takes on both instruments. With all four hands on its pots, all mixes were recorded straight onto 2-track ½-inch tape.

Like on ‘Stare’, their first collaborative affair in 2012, they simply followed what was laying in front of them, and this time they were driven by some new synths, a kick drum and tape effects. Indulging in dub, the tracks where all performed rather than engineered, with Ólafur riding a few elements on faders and Nils bringing effects in and out. After running several mixes, they went for the five strongest moments from this session. The release was announced on a joint website www.arnaldsfrahm.com together with the launch of an intimate 45-minute studio film titled ‘Trance Frendz’, featuring another seven improvisations.

“When I was young I was smuggled to Goa parties by my brother. The music played there in the late nineties had a somewhat deep effect on me. ‘Loon’ is almost a blurry memory of these times. In other words, it is what I’d like to remember that music sounded like back then. In fact it sounded probably really cheesy.” – Nils Frahm

Robert Rohaly a.k.a. StereOmantra is back on radiOzora with an exclusive mix based on his latest album 'Synethesia'.

StereOMantra is Robert Rohaly, a Hungarian music composer from Budapest. After years of classical piano studies he made his first electronic music compositions in the 90′s, experimenting with Impulse Tracker and even older “DAW”s and gradually developed to an advanced level through related studies and much practice.

Ever since the genre exists, he has been believing that that art and science meets most perfectly in psytrance, therefore he tried himself in different kinds of related genres through the years until he finally found ‘progressive chillout’ the most suitable, capable of expressing deep feelings of a wide range. Mostly inspired by chill artists like GMO & Dense, Lab’s Cloud, Aes Dana, Ascent & Argus, CBL and Solar Fields, now he is trying to raise psy chill on a new level, bringing gentle new atmospheric trippy chill sounds to you ears.
