Hello world!! I am back in the podcasting game! I burned everything to the ground that used to exist in the containter of Creating Light with Kelsey. 1. Creating Light within the Collective Consciousness

A main way I have been called to create light within the collective consciousness is by sharing my story. Welcome to The Underworld series, where I will be sharing my personal energetic journey through the darkness. How I ventured through the 7 layers of The Underworld for 7 years! The descension was not linear (because when is it ever), but each year around my birthday marked catalyst moments of shifting into different layers of darkness. From ages 21-27 were the deep soul lessons of duality. When I turned 28, it was my first year above ground which consisted of me sealing up the energetic leaks and completing the cycles so I could then gain the capability to ascend into the light, the heavens, the astral realm. And guess what... on November 16th, 2022 I will be 29... let's f*cking go!! Year 1- Descending into the Darkness: In this episode, I share the traumas I experienced (without explaining the specific trauma details) my junior year of college from 2014-2015. Two weeks before my 21st birthday is when it all started. From there, I was teetering on the portal's edge to enter The Underworld. The darkness was slowly, yet strategically, creeping its way into every crevice of my psyche, shifting the way I perceived the world. Then in April of 2015 the slow descent turned into me getting aggressively dragged to the bottom, the 7th layer, within a matter of a few months. That is where Year 1 ends. 4. The Underworld Year 1: Descending into the Darkness

On this episode, I riff on the topic, taking the leap of faith. This has been a major theme in my life the past 2 years. 5. Take The Leap

I received an Akashic Record reading from my soul sister Bree back in May of 2021. Which was synchronistically within the closing months of me existing in The Underworld (when at the time I was unaware of when the darkness would end). Six months after this reading I had fully exited the portal of darkness. Now, everything that was mentioned from this Akashic Record reading has been unfolding! F*cking wild. I will be receiving another reading from her on my birthday this year! Welcome to Creating Light with Kelsey where we discuss how to create light within the collective consciousness! As an Art Therapist, how I show up for this mission is by guiding others in healing their trauma through Art Therapy, Sexuality, and Spirituality. It is my belief that the only way we can truly generate change within the collective is by having the courage to feel our darkness. We must honor both. So, join me on this healing journey, and together we can create light, while feeling the darkness.
