I invented the main riff and the chord progression in 1997.

The main idea is a duel between 2 guitars using 2 famous fuzz pedals: DoD FX32 Classic Fuzz (the best fuzz pedal ever) and Ibanez L.A. Metal (which also a fuzz and the worst fuzz ever according to HarmonyCentral.com reviews). As you can see L.A.Metal is not so bad :-)

The second idea is to demonstrate how banjo nicely lays over fuzzed guitar. That part was recorded a year ago and it seems this idea is becoming a trend on SC.

When the song https://soundcloud.com/project-managers-trio/fuzzy-logic-version-2 was released, too many good materials with Wild West flavor which really excite me: banjo, whistling and "surf"-like guitars were edited out.

So I remembered Lee's idea about harmonica and asked Jack for help. The key of C#m is not very convenient scale for a harp and Jack did a astonishing job nicely fitting to Spaghetti Western feel of the composition.

Hope I'm not much out of original tune, but at least it has culmination  :-)

This song began more than a year ago, when Josh created a song out of a looper beat with his four string fretless bass. It sat on the shelf until a few weeks ago, when he shared it with JJ, who was in creative mode one Saturday evening. Josh had actually forgotten that he'd added a bass line to it, and thought he was just passing on a looper beat for JJ to play with. 
  However, JJ heard it, and was so excited that added his magical electric piano part, making it sound like a real song, instead of just drums and a bass. Ken also heard some magic in here, because he came up with his own brilliant beat to replace the looper that was used in for the seed. Mark was next to throw in, adding the striking drum pattern breakdown, and the thrilling flute solo, as well. Tez came in shortly after, adding his thrilling guitar to the mix. After everyone had added their parts, Josh came back and added two guitar parts, the simple low end line, as well as the high strumed triads. At this stage, Mark did some editing, as it is in his skill set, and made it less dense and easier to listen to. 
  Now that the song was musically complete, out newest member, Carl, dropped the amazing vocals you hear, singing his original lyrics. After Carl was done sprinkling his magic in it, we needed an able producer to bring out the magic of the recordings. Good thing we have a trained producer to do the job in Stephen, who mixed and mastered it superbly, as always. 
  This is Eclectic Collective's first fore into the afrobeat genre, although a few of us are really big fans already, and Josh has a few other originals in this genre buried on his page, as well. As always, we all enjoyed the process of hearing this one come together. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed making it.

heart is Clearing up

I recently came across a song  that inspired me to try and include a circus theme, this is that song.

I have not used the other song as a reference, but I am grateful for the idea. It has the vibes of  alternative rock genre, but includes references to a circus in the instrumentation and  instrumental sections. The lyrics also refer to a clown, and face paint, funny hat and rotating bow ties, etc. Hope you like it

Approaching Mystical Materialism

Yearning Instrumental Demo is an unreleased draft from the creative forge of DestKorn, published under my side project Harmonic Echo. The piece is built on the intimate interplay of piano and violin, carrying a deeply melancholic, fragile atmosphere.

This is intentionally a demo version – it reflects the moment of creation, raw and unpolished, offering a direct glimpse into my creative process. It is not about perfection, but about capturing a feeling that later grew into the final track.

Yearning Demo ist ein unveröffentlichter Rohentwurf aus der Schmiede von DestKorn, veröffentlicht auf meinem Nebenprojekt Harmonic Echo. Dieses Stück basiert auf der innigen Verbindung von Piano und Violine und trägt eine melancholische, fast zerbrechliche Stimmung in sich.

Es handelt sich um eine Demo-Version – sie spiegelt den Moment der Entstehung wider, roh und ungeschliffen, ein direkter Einblick in meinen kreativen Prozess. Hier geht es nicht um Perfektion, sondern um das Festhalten einer Stimmung, die später zur fertigen Version führte.

Yearning Instrumental Demo

This track has been possible thanks to the help of artists from USA/Russia/Germany/France on the base of a simple base track with leading ideas of giving tribute to French authors/composers Maxime Leforestier and Claude Nougaro's wonderful melodies (see links herebelow) supporting awareness on important issues at their time ...and nowadays still it seems .... Further melodic routes were found by all through musical interactions ... 
I feel I owe so much recognition to these great artists who understood my first musical ideas ...and pushed them to a height I would never had imagined :)

In memory of 224 passengers and the crew of Metrojet Flight 9268 heading from Sharm el-Sheikh to Saint Petersburg and disintegrated by a bomb above the northern Sinai on 31 October 2015. Also in memory of recent Paris events and all the victims of recent "hybrid" wars.

I believe there is an evil power at work in the world deliberately overthrowing stable countries one after another and turning them into bloody chaos. And that chaos spreads over borders further and further. Lives of millions of people means nothing to those who make such schemes.

For a year and a half I have this feeling deep inside. On the surface I can smile, can live normal life, but I feel it. There is no hope for peace. Only grief.

The sound of the destruction of ancient ruins and historical symbols remind us that barbary is striking again...history seems to repeat itself... endlessly...since the dawn of humanity... under constantly renewed forms .. peace and chaos...will that circle ever brake one day ?
